I have officially had enough of this CFA location, due to one specific individual you guys proudly call a "director" as it specified on her name tag. Little miss Hannah, I have no idea how you got that position but the way you treat your employees that arent obviously favored by you is so terrible. The poor girl who was taking my order was so hesitant to ask for your help, and when you finally came over from laughing with your friends behind the desk you made it seem like the biggest inconvenience. As I sat with my kids and observed your further actions I realized me and my kids food sitting at the counter for a good 3 minutes while you were doing nothing but standing there. You could have brought it out like the young girl whom was obviously busy ran over to take it in between trying to do other things. I wish whoever owned this place would step up and notice that the individuals that he has chosen to "run" this place are obviously taking advantage of their roles. I see girls busting their butts while this "woman" is just bossing them around doing bare minimum. Ill take the longer drive for another location before I ever return to this location to be disappointed another time by this lady and whoever this owner guy may be.

NOT all Chick filets are AS Great as Others. I have been going to this wonderful restaurant for years and have always been very satisfied until this location in Fountain. I dont understand how the same restaurant can be so different with locations. This is a Christian restaurant right? I have started noticing with each of my visits, whether through drive thru or dine in---the same "snotty, arrogant, rude person" working that just makes me NOT want to go there EVER again. I mean just the look on your face looks like you want to wreak havoc on everybody! So this last go around which was last Friday evening I finally caught this persons name which was Hannah? I noticed the looks you gave the other workers there and the way you talked to them. SHAME ON YOU!!! Do you think that customers dont notice things going on behind the counter? I do. I pay attention. I will be just going to the North Carefree location IF any at all.

While the food here is excellent, the staff needs some serious re-training (or initial training, seeing as this location is still practically brand new). Every time we go through something is seriously wrong with our order, from things completely missing, to asking for no x,y,x and getting extra x,y,z instead, or being sold food and paying for it only to reach the window to be told it would be an hour wait for the food to be "unfrozen" (wow, that really makes it sound appetizing). While CFA itself is a great chain, this location sucks.

The food is good and theyve always gotten my order right, but today when I came in I was pretty disappointed. The store was not very clean and when the cashier went to put ice in my cup i saw her stick her finger in there first and wipe something out. She then proceeded to put ice in the cup and when she set the cup down there was 1/2 of a bug still in there. She tried to wipe it off again but I had to ask for a new cup. I know sometimes things happen but she should have tossed the cup to begin with.

Excellent food. Top-notch customer service. The training staff in the RED t-shirts are awesome, traveled from different Chick-Fil-As to train the new staff at the Fountain location. This company was prepared for the grand opening from directing traffic, and greeting you at the entrance. I was very impressed with the organization and ease of getting in and out with very long lines. Other companies should take note.

The food is good but prepare for your kids to get trampled in the playground. This is a hot spot for mom groups to meet up and ignore their kids as they go completely nuts in the playground area. I tried to call the manager in to help, but instead of asking the aggressive children to leave he gave them a " Superhero " talk instead. Definitely not a safe place for toddlers to play during the busy lunch hour.

Credit card machine covered in sticky goo. Free watermelon lemonades. I was never offered one. Time before this they never put my sauce in my bag. Not sure why this place is sub-par but it is. Other food options nearby. This store does not deliver the chic fil a standards that Ive become to know.

I love Chick-fil-a!!! Everytime I eat your food it puts a smile on my face!! All of your food tastes SOOOOOOO GOOD! The sauces are delicious!!! My favorite sauces are the Chick- fil-a and the Polynesian sauce! The restaraunts are clean and the service is fast! Dont change anything!#ilovechickfila

Outstanding service and extremely professional, positive staff! I came during lunch which was super busy but the service was very quick. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely eat here again and recommend to anyone. Need good food during lunch fast - come here.

I have only been to this location twice since it opened. The first experience was not a good one, so it took us a while to give them another shot. This time was MUCH better. The staff was on top of it even though they were busy. The food was fresh and delicious. They have won us back!

This is the first time Ive ever been in a Chick-fil-A in my life this will definitely not be the last time the service was awesome the staff was very attentive the restaurant was very clean and they have mouthwash in the bathrooms.. cant get much better than that

Busy but moves right along. Fresh warm food and my order has never been wrong. You can catch the owner there on any given work day during normal business hours. Had a conversation with the guy once, he was helping some employees take trash out. Respect.

Always enjoy my experience here. Friendly wait staff who deliver in quick timely manner. They also are good with asking/applying the military discount without asking. Its the little things. We appreciate it. Thanks Chick-Fil-A.

One of the Better places around here. Yes, they are closed on Sundays, but I can handle that and their values behind it, personally speaking. Food is good, a bit pricey, but I would rather pay a bit more for better taste.

Food is top quality and on par with other Chick-Fil-As Ive visited. Store is clean. Staff is friendly and competent. Single drive-thru lane. They are busy all day but not as much as stores with double drive-thru lanes.

I love their chicken strips. The food is really good here and really fast. The soda is never flat. The only problem I might have is that they usually forget to give me ranch for my strips. But thats not a huge issue.

Worst chick-fil-a Ive ever been to. No military discount, salads are much smaller, the fries werent fresh and they skimped out. Not friendly or clean. Not the same restaurant feel the others Ive been to had.

Ahhhh, Chic Fil A. How do I love thee, let me count the ways. This Chic Fil A is perfection on a bun. Its wonderful because it is so simple. That sweet tea calls my name several times a month too...lol.
