I worked at this Jamba Juice for over a year and Ive only returned 3 times since. Every time I have come back, they have messed up my order as well as everyone else I came with. I ordered a carrot orange fusion - the carrots are supposed to be juiced, not blended. There are carrot chunks in my smoothie which are not very pleasant. My cousins ordered drinks with whey protein and their drinks were not in the one size larger like they are supposed to be. The employees were not friendly, didnt say hello or thank you. I am very displeased with this location and will not be returning. Its a shame that location turned so crappy.

My wife and I have come in twice around 7:30 (they close at 8), and they have sent us away because "they dont make juice after 7:30." Im sorry, but a juice store that doesnt make juice until they close is ridiculous. If it were 8, or closer to 8pm, Id understand. But refusing to offer one of your products because your employees dont feel like cleaning the juice machine again is a really bad way to run a business. Not giving them any more business since they dont seem interested in taking our money.

I got there at 7pm and the open sign was off. I was contemplating NOT walking in but i checked google and they should be open until 8pm, the floor was sticky and the customer service was awful, she did not feel like taking out the apples for the juice i ordered or carrots so our drinks ended up tasting sour and nasty.

One of the staff members that works there is extremely rude. She came and yanked food out of our hands because she messed up our order and demanded to give us a refund very aggressively. Do not ever go there worst place I have ever been and horrible customer service.

The last couple times weve attempted to go your location has closed before the posted time. Closing at 7pm is early for a weekend night. Please extend your hours!!
