Dont ever go to this Buffalo Wild Wings. I have given it four fair chances each time something has gone horribly wrong. The first time I ordered wings and they miss place my order. The second time I ordered 60 wings and only got 10. The third time they just didnt even know where my order was nor was it correct period. The forth time I just waited over an hour for 10 wings and they were cold once Ive gotten home and the manager on duty does nothing to compensate the customers that have been waiting for their orders or for messed up orders. Whoever owns the Buffalo Wild Wings should shut it down now because they obviously do not know what theyre doing. The lady sitting next to me waited an hour and 15 minutes for to go of cheese sticks. Did I mention the whole time I had a 2 month baby with me. Even if you order it online and set it up for a certain time to pick it up they still make you wait an hour and 15 minutes or more for your order. I will never return to this Buffalo Wild Wings which sucks because I enjoyed the activities up at Southlands and love to buy my family wings. Its ridiculous to me how the manager on duty does not discount or does not help the young kids at the register get to go orders together. They have orders sitting behind the register and dont even call peoples names thats have been waiting for half an hour or more so their food is cold. Unless you want to waste your day waiting for an order of 10 wings I dont suggest ever going to this Buffalo Wild Wings. My bag and boxes are covered in sauce. Ufg. Over it. I work in the industry and I am embarrassed for them

Horrible service. Went here with my family and was told there was a 45 minute wait. No problem we sit down and wait. A group of high school kids come in 20 mins later and are told the wait is 20 mins. However the high school kids were sat 10 mins before us. When we inquired as to why we were told that they were a party of eight however they were sat at a 4 person table while an eight person table was cleared. So my family of 4 waited for them to be moved to the 8 top and we were sat at their 4 top. The other 4 people in their party didnt show up for another 30 mins while they sat and drank water. It turns out they knew the hostess and several of the waiters which is why they were sat first in favor of my family. While we were ordering alcoholic beverages, appetizers, and entrées they each were drinking water and each had ordered 5 buffalo wings a piece. Several of them didnt order anything. I guarantee that my bill was higher and a more profitable margin but due to the fact that they showed preference to their friends we will not go back. I knew they were all in high school because my daughter said she goes to school with them. Great job pushing away someone who spends allot of money and generally tips 20%. Your management at this location is terrible.

Absolutely horrible to-go experience. There are no signs visible that I could find directing you to the pick up counter so I waited in line to find out where to go, only to have everyone else with buzzers who had come after me in line be helped first and even when I was the only one standing there the hostesses took forever to even acknowledge me. Once I was finally directed to the to-go counter, the gentleman who rang me up was very friendly but the girl who reviewed my order with me was a complete snob. The carrots, celery and ranch were not in the to-go bag and when I asked her about them she nastily replied "no we get those for you" and proceeded to walk away leaving me standing there until another server asked what I needed. To add insult to injury, we ordered one basket of wedges and one regular order of buffalo chips and when she showed me the basket of chips, there were TEN chips. Ten french fries for $4. When I asked her if that was the normal serving she said it was. What a joke. For the price, we will definitely not be returning, youll get better service at Woodys or Wing Stop.

I wish I could say good things about this place as Ive been pleased with most all locations. However this location does not fit the bill. Our server only come to our table to get our drink and food order. We ordered two appetizers, one as a meal and then two things of wings. We ran out of our drinks (water) and never received our appitizer (chips and queso) until 45mins after being there. While waiting on our food items we were observing our surroundings when we noticed another server bringing food out to another table. The watriss left the kitchen with a mouth full of food and arrived at the other customers table still chewing her food. The customer seemed very grossed out as were we. These were just some of the few things that stood out to us. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location.

This restaurant isnt quite ready for prime time...management failures. Skip it and go to Wingstop just across E470 near Home Depot. First visit: wings mediocre, slightly undercooked, too salty (and not very flavorful otherwise). Restaurant was moderately busy but very loud. Manager spent 10 minutes adjusting channels on one TV instead of running the place. Second visit: didnt even make it past the hostesses. Two hostesses were maintaining a list of guests waiting for a table but refused to estimate wait time at all ("it depends on how long people eat"...wow, no kidding?). Numerous patio tables were available but they couldnt seat any more guests there because they were out of servers. Why have two clueless hostesses but not enough servers? Management is clearly failing here, unfortunately.

Give it a 3 because it could be worse and go eat at the BWW off Havana to see what I mean. Service was slow, food was wrong and waitor had no clue what he was doing. See tons of people that look important like managers but they dont actually check on tables hence why the service is slow/bad. I do have to give kudos to Kristen. While she wasnt our server, she got all the tables with kids excited about being there and brought the crowns over then brought samples of sauces. Clearly you can tell her spirt has earned her head waitress and hope others could learn from her. I sat watch other servers but Kristen individually provided her own touch to each table. I aploud her for actually working hard for her money.

Food takes too long, service is alright, and some of the food is undercooked. If youre planning on going here, you might want to look elsewhere. I ordered just 10 wings that took an hour to make, and when I got them, three of them were undertcooked and still raw! Do the cooks see how risky of a health problem that could be!? Management was nice enough to give me the meal for free while giving my girlfriend and I a free beer. But Im not the only one this has happened too. After talking with my friends they told me they have had similar experiences. Id stay away from here until the place gets new management.
