Im giving Mama Puebla 2 simply for their lack of customer service . I was having an impromptu party at my house and everyone wanted Mexican so off course I called the place with the tastiest food . Wrong call! Absolutely disappointed. half the order came 1 hour later and the other half arrived after I called and had to repeat the order over and over . I was promised it would be back in 20 mins but off course it came another hour later . When we decided to eat we realized the grilled chicken ordered was not delivered and we were given breaded chicken. Work on your order taking and delivery time . Im ok waiting an hour on busy nights but not if the order is wrong and the customer service sucks . The lady who normally answers the phone is awesome- where did she go?

Giving it a 3 out of 5 Stars.. The food is Delicious and the Delivery Time is Quick. Just dont ask for extra anything or for any special accomindations.. If you have any specific requests (ie: trimmings on the side for your autistic child) the kitchen will NOT fulfill it. If you ask for any extra anything the lady who prepares bag for delivery will NOT follow through with your request; even if you ask multiple times. Youd think they would want to keep a regular customer, that wasnt asking for much, happy. #TakeOutNightIsRuined #LostACustomer

Super excelente y rica la comida todo fresco y hecho al momneto, servido caliente. Las tortillas con salsa son muy bnas y esas son cortesia al sentarte a la mesa. Tienen q probar el guacamole uff rico. Y los tacos ni se digan. La gente siempre super linda y positiva con uno y un trato nice. El ambiente es bno tienen musica a un volumen moderado el cual puedes disfrutar de ella y de la compañia q tienes. Le doy 5 estrellas deben ir.

Tried this for the first time this week and let me tell you the flavor in the food was AMAZING. Gotta give this a try people! So...Placed an order on 3/26/17. The restaurant said they attempted to make the delivery which never arrived. Long story short...I ended up having to go pick up the food myself. When I tried to cancel the order they simply said no and they wont redeliver. Lost a customer.

The food here is excellent. Best guacamole in The Bronx! The chicken Flautas are my favorite here. Everything is cooked fresh and served delicious. I also love the homemade salsa that they serve with the chips, so good! This place never disappoints, its my go-to spot to fulfill my mexican craving.

Tostadas were soggy after a long delivery time. Chicken in the burrito was stewed instead of cooked on a grill and the worse Ive ever tried. Soft tacos and Quesadillas or OK but nothing amazing. Wont order from this place again unfortunately.

Excellent restaurant ! The food is great, very authentic Mexican cuisine. Daily specials are awesome and if necessary they do special requests to please their customers. Decor and staff are great!

The sopes caseros con chorizo are the best Ive had from any place. I also enjoy their shrimp tacos and flautas. They deliver very quickly so food always comes hot.
