I love Einsteins but had a terrible experience at this location. First, they were out of plain bagels. Then, their coffee machine was broken. After we ordered and left with our food, it wasnt until we got home that we realized they forgot the side. When we called to inform them, they said they would put our name on a paper by the register. Needless to say, I have not been to this location since.

This is my favorite Einstein location. We call ahead every year to get two dozen everything bagels and smears for Christmas breakfast with the whole clan! They always get the order right, its always ready on time, and Ive never had a bad breakfast. They are so friendly when they answer the phone and I just love the service!

First time here this morning and man was it fantastic! Great service,many options to chose from like what type of bagel, schmear or toppings. We tried their newest ones, the farmhouse and the French toast, both were perfect! Crispy bacon, nice amount of schmear, egg was fluffy! Really really happy with my breakfast!

Ive been here several times, I live near by. Today I went and AGAIN they messed up my breakfast order (its like their favorite thing to make is this salsa breakfast that I dont want!), my coffee was terrible and this is the final time Im dealing with it. They just lost a customer. They werent even busy!

Would rather make the extra drive to the Woodmen location where you get what you pay for. I ordered a frozen mocha here and by the time I had gotten home my drink settled enough to show that it was over half of just froth. Contacted them to let them know and they didnt even care to make it right.

Good coffee. I feel as though every time I go to any einstein, I order something custom and its a huge ordeal. Nothing complicated I swear! Also its always a 15 minute line. They should really put in an extra ordering computer. Nice employees though!

This Einstein is great, all thier food is very good including the pastries. The Manager is very observant of her customers at that store and doing a great job,the staff are knowledgeable and care about the customers there. Not the best views but ok.

its rude when you ask to speak to a manager and they leave you on hold forever then when someones says they will call you back they never do, and the one on powers, its ridiculous that they never answer the phone.... not a very good buisness trait

The staff is so friendly and personal. By this point they could probably have my order in the computer before I got to the register. Ive never once had a bad experience here and visit this location almost daily.

I have been there several times and I think the service and coffee is good. I have noticed over the years that people that have small issues like the ones I read here probably have a lot of personal problems

Always a joy to get some bagels here staff is amazing and friendly fast on their feet and care about their job great place to come with a few friends drink some coffee and get a bagel i hightly recommend it

About half the time I go here they dont put bacon on my bagel. I half expect it now when i go in. Pretty annoying. The food always tastes good but it would be nice to get what I order on a regular basis.

Bagel sandwich was really good but the prices are high. Im used to the east coast where you can find a bagel breakfast sandwich and coffee for ~$5. I paid like 20 for two sandwiches and small coffees.

The service GREAT!! Bagels are EXCELLENT!!! and if you go on Monday you can get a Bakers Dozen (13) bagels for only $6.00! You get EXACTLY what you pay for...a one-of-a-kind DELICIOUS BAGEL...

Been there a couple of times. Fast service, clean restaurant. The menu is vague. Fancy names with no description. A bagel sandwich and a coffee is $11. It was really good every time though.

I would assume it should not take 20 minutes to cut and box 13 bagles. The tables were all disgusting. Busy or not...wiping off a table now and again is not that difficult...

I love this place but recently they started serving caribou coffee and no longer have their neighborhood blend. Please bring back the neighborhood blend!!!!! :-(

Einsteins always has great food and coffee! Their menu is now smaller after the Caribou coffee merger but still great. Starbucks next door but they cant compete!
