ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA HUT EVER. THEY SCREWED UP ONE OF OUR PIZZAS SO INSTEAD OF REDOING THE ENTIRE ORDER THEY JUST DO THE ONE PIZZA AND EXPECT US TO TAKE THE REST OF OUR ORDER AFTER IT WOULD BE SITTING FOR OVER 50 MINUTES! ASK TO TALK TO THE MANAGER, SHE REFUSED TO COME OUT AND TALK TO ME AND SEND SOMEONE ELSE. I ALSO ASKED FOR THE FRANCHISE INFORMATION SINCE THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AT THIS PIZZA HUT AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND LESS FRUSTRATION AND GO NEXT DOOR TO PAPA MURPHYS, ITS NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR TIME.

I always ordered food from Pizza Hut, until they began putting their toppings under the cheese. Even if I ask them not to, theyll say they will put the toppings on top, but they wont. My little boy doesnt like the toppings (and no he wont eat just a cheese pizza). This has also altered the taste of their pizza. Because of this change and because theyre unwilling to accommodate my request, our family no longer orders from them. Weve switched to Dominos.

Terrible service. They called me to tell me that they had to change the size of the pizza I ordered. Then when I asked if I could change to order they told me, "no, they were coming out of the oven right now." The pizzas were not delivered to me for over a half hour from when they came out of the oven. When I got them the pizzas were cold.

We have used this pizza hut about 10 times. We always carry out and I have been impressed with the friendly staff. The pizza has always been ready on time and I find it to be better quality than the other two options in falcon.
