Only a 1 star because you have to choose a star.......Last time we went the waitress gave her self a $16 tip on our receipt on top of the $10 we left her in cash on the table. Theft at its finest. Service was terrible that day too and we gave her the benefit of doubt thinking she was having a bad day. Went there today. Barely a lunch rush and we waited 45 min for 2 side salads, some wings, and kids spaghetti. 45 min! We ended up leaving because when we did get our food it wasnt warm and they tried getting our sympathy that they were short a cook. Ok if you short a cook and you know people are going to get mad, before you seat them warn them! We will never return there. Which sucks because the one on buckley is really good. So disappointed.

Last night was the third time my wife and I have eaten at this restaurant and it is the third time they have gotten our order wrong. The service was very slow (patronage was moderate but not busy) and the waiter assured us multiple times on this last go around that our order was correct despite being shown the picture in the insert not matching the pizza we received (Wanted the Chicago-style deep dish but never got it). The only reason why this place is getting 2 stars is because they gave us a free pizza when they messed up the first time prior to them bringing out the other pizza. The waitress said she put it in wrong, changed the order, and gave us both pizzas which was very nice of her. We most likely wont be going back.

Ugh so hit or miss. I love their boneless wings but last night they were the worst I have ever had. They were old, dry, and chewy.. Gross. I wont be back this is the 3rd time they have over cooked them or brought me an old order. Last night, I ordered 2 orders of the keg of wings. The first order had extremely small bone in wings but the boneless were good so I ordered another keg of just boneless and they were old and chewy. They had obviously been sitting out for quite some time and then thrown in the microwave to be heated up. They were the worst. What a waste of money. Then I got diariah about an hour after I left. Come on old chicago you used to be a favorite stop for me and my family and my coworkers.

Got seated asked what do you want by server whose name I never got...until late when I decided to talk to the manager her names Sarah....I was excited about the beer tour but each beer took over twenty minutes from her noticing me dive to me getting the next one And it was slow...so slow she was on her phone most of the time and talking with friends.....ordered wings with extra ranch extra napkins got a little bit of ranch and the napkins didnt show up until I was already done and had washed my face off in the restroom. I mean everything that a waitress could do wrong she did....the food was good but service is everything so as a newbie to Colorado And looking for new places this is my least favorite so far

great location and nice pizza . we had the deep dish personal pizzas and they were great along with onion rings and the jalapeno stuffed pretzels . very good meal and service . TIP: Thier promotion reads that kids eat free Mondays to thursdays after 5pm . we were there last thursday at 6pm and my daughters meal was on the bill . when we asked about it we were told that we need to inform the wait staff that we want to take advantage of the offer since they wont automatically remove it from your bill ! amazing ..... i have never had to ask this at an IHOP . you would expect OLD Chicago to be a bit more forthcoming . be wary next time you take the little ones expecting them to eat free !

Me and the office staff came here on for a work lunch and seeing as the place was nearly empty we had assumed that we would be able to get back to the office within 1 hr and 15 min. Well it turned out that we waited that amount of time just for our entrees and our server couldnt have cared less about making sure we were taken care of, much less satisfied with our experience. We politely asked the status of our entrees after 50 min of waiting and she said, "oh I know theyre in the back staying warm" and then promptly walked away. Ive eaten and had happy hour drinks here multiple times but thanks to the farcical events that happened today, I will be going elsewhere.

Horrible service, ordered a chicken Sandwich no mayo no cole slaw, came later than other orders by 5 min, then came with coleslaw, told her didnt want mayo or come slaw she took it back said it was just Coleslaw. I told her again I didnt want mayo or slaw on it, 5 min later came back with mayo on it as she quickly scurries off . ..sigh this was ridiculous. After 10 min of waiting to tell her the rest of my people were done forget it I wont eat, she suggested a salad. ..I was like ...everyone is done eating Ill eat some where else. ..she couldnt care less and didnt try to correct anything. ..Horrible experience. ...no caring, no manager, just horrible service.

I would give it 0 but I like only one kind of pizza (when they cook it right) Service has been ok Food terrible and very slow to get to your table. When my kids order Mac and cheese (3x) it comes out as reheated 5 x over and its kraft Mac and cheese My mom ordered soup. Came out wrong and cold. They corrected the flavor but it was still cold. They took it back again and brought it back out...luke warm. At least they reheated again! The burgers are gross and so are the pasta dishes. It looks like Arapahoe crossing it is if we want an Old C. Southlands has poor management which equates to poor food! Dont waste your time unless youre going there strictly for beer.

Ive ordered pizza from here 3 times and sat down once.... 2 out of the 4 times the kitchen has messed up my pizza and Ive had to wait to get it re made.. Its so thin and soggy that it falls apart, and not to mention the slices are cut more uneven than any pizza Ive ever ordered, and thats every time. Do not go here. The chicago crust isnt even a legitimate chicago style pizza, its just exteremly thick crust. Save your money, folks. Not impressed and Ive given them prime chances. They have lost me as a customer.

Terrible service! Went for lunch with my family. The server got confused with our beverage order. All we ordered was Pepsi and water. Our food order which was 2 salads, wings and a burger never did come out. We sat for over 30 minutes waiting. My husband asked the server about it and she argued with him and then disappeared when we asked for a manager. Waited another 10 minutes, no food, no manager. Finally got up and walked out. Will NOT return!

Place is no good. When you tell yr job you dont do mornings because of thw trouble it is for me to get up and to places. They just gna reschedule my schedule with out me knowing. Till last minute my bad for. Not having a ride . yr bad for screwing me over. Mgr. Want to fire me for calling in and lettingg u know nt first time. That my ride possibly slept in. ??? Thanks. For that ild chicago. Not recomended
