This is one of the worst Paradise biryani restaurants i have ever visitied in USA. Never ever order a goat Biryani. The meat wont be coocked properly, The meat will be like a piece of a RUBBER. If you try to complain abotu the meat they dont even try to apologize you. They behave and offer like a typical road side dhabha. They will try to recompensate with other kind of Biryani as a bribe and will try to keep your mouth shut. They dont bother about the qulity of the food and the customer satisfaction. I request the regular customers to stop going to this restaurant until they improve their quaility & behaviour with the customer.

Very bad service . On 17th June 2016 we three friends had been to this place. We ordered 2 chicken biryani. I started eating my biryani, and I got something in my mouth I assumed it to be chicken. But I was unable to chew that and I took it out of my mouth and was very disappointed to find it was a white TISSUE paper. Not sure in how big vessel that biryani was cooked and how many customers are that biryani. So careless people. How can they drop a tissue into a big vessel of biryani. These people assume monopoly and think that jho kuch bhi serve kare, customers khayenge . Very unpleasant attitude .

I have been more than cpl times from last few months, including yesterdays pickup and here is my review. Horrible and Extremely Greedy people .Routinely cheating customers by giving crap and old food.No Need tell about their bad attitude customer service. They charge premium but gives you PRIOR DAYS REMAINING CRAPS in the pick ups.They know Customers will through on their face if they serve the crap for dine in. I am avoiding this greedy place and going to other one in Village Center complex. I suggest you to open the box and make sure if you cant avoid this crap place.

Love the food.. have ordered for parties several times; quality and taste of the food has been consistently good. The spices in the food is well balanced.. At the latest event, my guests from NY and TX enjoyed the food especially biryani and chicken veppudu.. they liked it better than the dishes from the Indian restaurants in their cities. Their dry manchurian balls are awesome - crispy and yummy! Party orders are always ready at the time agreed to.. never had an issue with the service.

Its 2016 and they still serve cold biryani. Pathetic. Easily the worst restaurant in Herndon. The arrogance is too much. I told them it smells and asked them to smell it too, but they kept insisting its fresh. Then they took the easy way out - refunded me. If you cant own up to the quality of product then you dont deserve to run that place. Ironic that they have biryani in their name and have absolutely no respect for the nuanced art of biryani. Sad place. Not recommended.

I really dont understand why this place has bad reviews. Im Indian and I came here with my family. We all loved the food, which is saying a lot because my family is usually very picky. I find most Indian food I try (outside of home cooking) tastes Americanized or is over spiced. The flavors at Paradise Biryani Pointe were perfectly balanced. You also get a lot for the price you pay and the service is really quick. This place is really yummy, totally recommend it.

If you want to eat dry and stale biryani this is the place u can be in. The curry is dry. the rice is horribly dry.They use to be best briyani place but the quality of food has just gone down drains. We use to be often visitors of this place as we love biryani , but our last experience was worst. Also i felt as if the biryani was left over from saturday n we went on sunday.

I asked them for medium chicken biryani and the legend gave me spicy biryani.. I guess they had medium level biryani finished so to earn money they gave spicy one. My wife couldnt eat since biryani I was too hot.. Ridiculous service Also gives you small chicken pieces ....I wish I had not taken that right turn and would have picked from chicken Rico instead ..

Sitting right in the restaurant and the people serving are really horrible, no courtesy,no smile nothing. Behaving as if they are doing a favour by serving food.time to replace them Tomato soup is just yakki...when I told them they dont listen and his move on.asked for medium spicy biryani and he says they have standard dum biryani and dont customize...

Agree with other reviewers here, front desk does have an attitude and sometimes act flat out rude. Food quality is very inconsistent. Biriyani once had a mix of rice types, felt like they ran out of basmathi and mixed it up with another type. Meat quantity is inconsistent, so is the spice level. Guess it would depend on the how the cooks day was!

Very unpleasant experience. My self and my wife went to the restaurant and order veg biryani and chicken biryani. Veg biryani is full of artificial color and just corn. No other vegetables. Chicken biryani taste is horrible and i would not recommend. We ordered gobi manchuria as well, it is just dipped in ketchup and no taste except the ketchups.

I would totally recommend Biriyani and HAriyali chicken from there ! Everything else is just mediocre !! When it comes to customer service, they are horrible AF !! May be its the issue with language or may be shyness IDK They aint hospitable at all... ! Definitely, need some customer service improvement program !!

Except Boneless chicken briyani. Boneless Briyani, you can get frozen chicken smell while eating. Very horrible smell because they always use the frozen chicken breast. if they use fresh chicken , well cleaned , then i m the one who buy boneless briyani. Other items are good especially Briyani excellent.

I order chicken biryani large tray ($148 with taxes) expecting the quality will be good based on the price but just rice. We have to dig in the rice to look for chicken, it’s kind of chicken less biryani. I hate this place and never ever recommended. Overprice and quality is bad.

Picked up lamb, chicken biryani (which they used to be known for until couple years ago) and chicken lollipops. Biryani is taste less and lollipps are half cooked. If youd like to have biryani go else where for your moneys worth. For me it was waste of money and time..

These people use lots of color in cooking any food. I ordered "kolapuri" and guess what, I get I some Chinese dish in the name of Indian dish with lots of red color in the food. Keep this place as the last option to go for. NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE.

We ordered 2 chicken biryani today. The taste and smell was worst, it cannot be called as biryani, complete waste of money .Management not concerned and very rude,pathetic place and stale food.Will never go again.. Not worth atleast 1 star Vijay

Just happened to have a quick glimpse of the kitchen. Oh boy, its so filthy and disgusting. I just left the food and came out. The biryani also tasted bit old and had foul odor , and yes this aint biryani, its some stupid dish. Avoid this place.

Stay Away! Roach in Chicken Biryani. Ordered a To-go Chicken Biryani from Herdon Paradise Store on . Surprised to see Roach in the biryani. Wonder what health standards they are maintaining in the kitchen! Stay away from this restaurant!
