Have been to Wing Stops in two other states and was so excited to see a Wing Stop in New Iberia. I am happy to see so many good experiences by others. However, mine was not that good. I ordered the 6 wing combo and had 5 drumettes and 1 flat. I noticed the person doing the cooking cutting into one of the drumettes to see if it was done and put the basket back into the grease. Unfortunately, they were still not cooked enough when I got my order. Also, the fires, and I love fresh cut fries, could have fried a little longer. All in all, a major disappointment. Either their timers are off or their grease is not hot enough. Whatever, something is not working correctly. I do need to add that they were really not busy when I was there. They probably were working on a max of 3 orders. I hope this problem is rectified because I know how great Wing Stop can be and they can have the best wings in town!

Thou having a computer problem, the employees were very professional and efficient. The waiting wasnt long, the restaurant (including the restrooms) were clean, and as soon as the machine was out of drinks an employee went and refurbished the machine. It was my first time at Wingstop and I truly enjoyed it. I was told that the store was remodeled and had a new management team. I was impressed. Specially because of the issues they were facing, the amount of orders they had to process, and the amount of people at the store. They were very efficient and professional. Because its a fast food restaurant I expected something totally different. But the atmosphere and service were very please. The food tasted great and overall I recommend this restaurant.

I recommend wing stop, my visit was on Thursday night the staff were helpful and professional, the place is kept super clean, the restrooms were clean, the drinks were kept stocked, and restrooms were clean. My food was ready in the time as promised. The wings are excellent, right amount of sauce, cooked just the right way. The cheese fries I recommend, right amount of seasoning and the melted cheese brings out a flavor to the fries. I give the team a 5star as well as the place and food, will definitely return. Thanks guys.

GO TO SMITES WINGS DOWN THE ROAD. The staff was highly unhelpful full called in my order a head of time only come in for a wait as I wait at the counter the Manger/clerk was occupied with his phone texting and giggling . Finally after 10 min of waiting at the counter (gave a 20 min heads up on my call in) He asked if he can help me again i told him I m here to pick up then he replied that my food was done was sitting there the whole time. They forgot my ranch then gave me wrong flavors.

Wouldnt accept my coupon and wings really arent that great. Average at best, but seriously ive never heard of someone who doesnt accept a coupon. Greed right there.
