Poor customer service. Went into the bar today to place a carryout order. A customer next to us was placed an order after we did. I asked the bartender why he got his food before we did. She responded dine in orders are placed in front of carryout orders, even though we placed ours first. When we got home we realized that they didn’t give us our root beer. I called to let them know and I was told I could come back and get the drink or they could write it down in their book and I would have 30 days to come back to get the drink. I was already home and didn’t want to drive 20 minutes back for a drink. I told the manager, I probably wouldn’t be back within 30 days and he told me that is all he could do for me and that I should of realized I didn’t have my drink when I picked up the food.

Anyone expecting the environment of the old Beavercreek location (next to the Vue) will be surprised with this one. The positive to this new spot is that it can accommodate anyone looking for craft beer locally, but unfortunately I was unimpressed with the wait times for food that is now only given out by servers (which you obviously have to tip, unless youre a jerk), the large crowded loud atmosphere, and the endless sea of bright TVs. For the commotion, the higher cost, and the sports-bar feel, you can go to Bdubs for the same thing. Sorry to say that I will be finding a new location or business to go to now.

Pretty disappointed. I ordered takeout after enjoying dining in once a few months ago. I ordered a cheesesteak, which is listed online as having steak and "The Works." I looked through the toppings listed in The Works. Im not a big fan of tomatoes or onions, so asked for those to be left off. Well they left everything off except piles of shredded lettuce, mayo and a small layer of meat. I didnt even get any cheese on my cheesesteak..... Not ordering takeout again.

Dont go for the super size on the meat on the subs not worth it, I got two subs identical except mine was super (double the meat) didnt seem like I got any more meat than the regular one. Basically paid 4 dollars more for nothing... The sub was really good tasting and made well, not like Penn station, sub house actually gets your toppings on the bread and not hanging mostly out side the sandwich.

I have given this place a try 5 times in 6 months during lunch time and while the food is pretty good the service is slow and on 2 occasions I had to go to the bar to get my drink because the server disappeared. for whatever reason I get better attention when theyre busy compared to when theres only 45 customers in there because everyone disappears.

Came here lastnight with my wife for some food and a beer. We had Teezers and I ordered the 3 mini chicken tacos from the appetizer menu. When I arrived home my stomach started feeling weird and I felt nauseous. Fast fwd to 3 am and Ive been up getting sick with cold flashes all night. Definite food poisoning. Never again.

Customer service is lacking. While in the bar, asked if the delivered to my home and was told to use my odometer to see if I live within 5 miles. They wouldnt check the map while I was there. A few weeks later, tried to place a delivery order and was told they do not deliver to my house, only 3 miles away.

We went to unwind after work and me and the guys were talking and we had 3 waitresses standing by us doing nothing the whole night (except eavesdropping on our conversation) to at one point she came over and gave us an earful as to what she thought about our conversation. Needless to say we will not be back.

This is a local favorite. I live just down Dayton-Xenia Rd and frequent here often. Great for watching the game with friends or grabbing dinner with family. Staff is amazing, food comes fast and is always tasty, and the environment is on point. Not fancy, but fantastic!

I ordered a pistol sub, all veggie. It was the worse version if a veggie sub I have ever had. Made from only what they use for condiments, and so much bread, I had to scape what little was on it just to make a quarter of a sandwich.. Will never go back

Just ordered the super italian cheese steak with extra cheese and it was delivered without any cheese! The receipt says extra cheese! Was this done as a joke? If I hadn't ordered extra would it have had cheese on it? Damn!

Better food than Penn Station. Service wasnt bad at all, wasnt especially great either. I didnt care too much for the atmosphere. Fair value for the food, but cheaper than Penn Station. Cheese Steak was excellent.
