If you like good customer service dont bother !!!!!!!!I eat in and order from this place about twice a week , and because the food is good and cheap I have often overlooked the horrible service . Today was it for me I cant stand the fact that they often mis understand my order due to the lack of English comprehension! And then when I call the phone women totally tries to make it seem like it my fault .they mess up things as simple as a black coffee , and a simple turkey club. On top of that the delivery men are beyond rude , they will not have my business anymore !!!!

The best restaurant ,I have History at that place , is been so many years ago 1996 I open that places ;) I am glad is still open and I hope to Be forever.im very happy to see these places Open .my name is Ilias I am the first owner of a avenida restaurant, I was 29 years old when I opened , and now Im 50 years old :) its amazing guys to see this Ressturant open. its the best food guys and bring your friends to enjoy this places .good luck who ever run these busyness.

Lately I have been going here almost every week for breakfast. It has that nice morning atmosphere that you would look for in a diner or a cafe. They have an extensive menu as well, Im sure anyone will be able to find whatever theyre craving for. They offer delivery and pickup as well. Parking is a little limited though.

My co-workers and I order delivery from here at least 3 days a week! Were always pleased with their service. The food is always delivered fresh and hot and if the make a mistake, they always send someone back to correct it. Great food at a great price and a very friendly staff! Awesome Breakfast and lunch!

The food and service at Avenita are consistently great! They are unbelievable quick when ordering for delivery. Breakfast, lunch and dinner the food is awesome. I recommend: Bistek Encebollado (grilled onion steak) and their Philly Cheese. Also the price is great.

After two visits I learned my lesson. The final straw was a French onion soup that looked and tasted as if it had been cooked up with the accumulated grease on the fryer. We need places like this in the area, but they have to do better than that.

small diner, not packed, nice decor, polite waitress, didnt bring us water first, food was good, kept my coffee filled, my kid enjoyed herself is all that matters, didnt noticed the parking in the back and parked a block away

One if not the best Breakfast place to bring your family! Come early on the weekends because it does get busy. Love the Breakfast special at a lower price until 11:00am.
