One star for each time Ive come to this location. I just moved to the area and was so excited to see that there was a bdubs. I loved every FL location Ive been in. But this one has some issues... Each time I go tables are not full, yet the wait time for food and drink is so slow, as if I were there during a peak time. It seems they do not hire enough staff leaving those on the floor and behind the bar a little too busy and consequently inattentive, albeit very nice. Friends food came out cold, too. Sadly, my friends and I have no desire to return to this location. I guess Ill have to get my bdubs fix whenever Im in FL (since I also had a problem in the Columbus location nearby).

My wife and I ate here on a very busy night not long after their grand opening. The service was excellent. The waitress brought a plate for us to test the variety of sauces. The food was delivered very promptly and our waitress tended to our table very often. The wings are amazing (we ordered the boneless). Impressed, and will be going back for more.

GREAT PLACE!!! Anything you want to see sports wise from football to monster trucks. Great food been there 3 times once busy once slow when slow it was maybe 8 minutes before i got my food the busy time it took a bit but was understandable but the trivia keeps you entertained along with the t.v.s GREAT PLACE GREAT FOOD recommend to all

Okay well, not so good. Its Monday night, Ill agree. Wings were semi-reheated (not so much) and came before my salad. In fact I had to ask for my salad...I was sitting at the bar and my waitress / barmaid was more interested in studying than service. I get it but probably wont come back here. BTW never do I give negative reviews.

Been going there every week for last 6 months. Was told that I should have sat at the bar as opposed to a table. Said I have sat at the same table for 6 months, hostess said now she had to get a waitress for the area. Guess the other 20 people in the restaurant had the only waitress tied up. It was 4:15 in the afternoon!

I dont understand what Im paying for. Everything is over priced. I ordered a basket of fries and got a kiddy sized order and had to pay $3.39 cents for it. Not to Mention almost $11 for some overly priced, overcooked popcorn chicken that are not even worth the price.

I love buffalo wild wings but was taken back by the Leaking roof (I had to move my table) and how DIRTY the bathroom looked and smelled. They we had flies roaming around where i couldnt even use it. Our waitress was patient and helpful when it came to ordering.

I ordered a fairly complicated pickup order and I was amazed at how she was able to lower the price, where applicable, and was able to take care of me in such a timely manner. The very best customer service Ive ever experienced at a Buffalo Wild Wings.

This place has fantastic food! I try to eat at BWW at least once or twice a month. Atmosphere is great and service is awesome! Even when the place is packed service is good and food comes out in a timely manner. Never dissapointed when I visit.

Buffalo wild wings is one of my favorite chain restaurants. I think I could eat here every day. Ive been to this one several times and have never had bad service. The food is always delicious and the waiters/ waitresses are always friendly.

Pros: * Hot-wings, it is hard to mess up hot-wings. Cons: * However, on occasion, they do just that. Sometimes the wings are just way too over-cooked, making them pretty tough to eat. * Service can be bad at times and slow to boot.

Screens need an update, especially projectors; brightness was way too low and the size screens were way too small for viewing across the room. Food is good but for the average person there are few good, cheap, and filling options.

The waiteess was nice. There was not enough sauce in our sandwich, we ask for more and the waitress served us a miserable amount. We did not bother to ask for more. No time to waist. I dont think I am coming back. Oh well.

One day we asked them if they show ufc fight night and they didnt even know what it was so they lied and said yes so we drove all the way there from lame columbus and then when we got there at 9 ufc never did come on

You can honestly order anything on the menu and it would be great. Try the house platter if youve never been. It has about every popular thing on it. A large is truly a large because it can feed you for 2 days.

Maybe Im the only one that doesnt enjoy the BWW atmosphere. Ive just never found their prices reasonable. In most cases its over $1.25 per wing. If you dont mind paying for the experience, go for it.

Terrible place. Crowded, 6 TVs all on different channels and all wide open. Charges $2.50 for glass of water. Waitresses are rude.
