I used to come to Panda at least once or twice a week, but then a few weeks ago I came in with my receipt for the free entree. The bad part was part of it had ripped off, so you couldnt see the code on the back very well... I thought this would be fine since I come here often, but when I finally got to the register the guy saw that the code wasnt all there so he said he couldnt honor it and said I would have to pay... I didnt want to make a scene but I was a bit shocked since 1) I come here very often 2) there was the tips of the code where you could see it had ripped off the completed part 3) it was going to be a dollar basically the disagreement was over... he then tried to have me pay for the entree I said no thanks and he went and dumped out the food! Wow I have not gone back since, and do not think I will be going back to any panda. That left a horrible taste in my mouth about the franchise and over 1 dollar.... over 1 dollar they have lost out on a steady 15-20 dollars a week. good job!

Im watching people in line who were there before me waiting for the grill teriyaki chicken. They had a male server who cut up two whole pieces for each waiting customer. Then a female server who name is Araceli cut one whole piece and then put only a portion of it on mine and put the rest back in the pan. She claimed it depends on the portion on why she did that. Then she charged me for another entree when I ask for an additional one. I have been to so many different Panda Expresses throughout the country and this is a first.

Worst Panda Express Ive ever been too. Most of the staff acted like they didnt know what they were doing. Only one lady was helping the customers. We were told it would be a two minute wait for teriyaki chicken... 20 minutes later they finally finished our order and the other food in our container was cold. We werent offered drinks or anything and the food was terrible.

My first on-line order and then when I got there I had to wait on the Orange Chicken, then when I finely got my order. I ask them, if everything was in there, they said yes and when I got home I didnt have my Orange Chicken. I was not Happy at all. Plus I didnt feel good, thats the reason I did the on-line order. I will never do that again...

Im not a big fan of Chinese food however this place has a few things that I can eat. For example the orange chicken is fantastic. Excellent customer service and has a great location as it is next to Target Verizon GameStop Hastings etcetera... price is pretty reasonable and from my experience a clean environment.

One of my fast food go-tos, you can get fresher and healthier options (depending on what you choose) than anything at most other fast food options. The vegetables are fresh and tasty, not greasy and fried to death. If only they had a seitan or tofu option! This location is usually very clean and well-staffed.

Always friendly staff, as I sit here today eating my meal I see the always courteous cashier who always says have a blessed day is helping a fragile customer to her table, his arm interlocked in hers ensuring her safety and carrying her food. Good Job sir, you were taught well!!

I mean this isnt comprare to buffet but every time I go I get small portions. Last time I paid 26.98 for extra items and I didnt get them. Plus I have to wait for long 15 min to get the order and wasntt right. Too high for slow service, and serving incorrectly.
