Been going to this particular Qdoba for years. The manager and staff have always been very friendly and courteous. Every time I have been there, the staff is friendly and always willing to take extra steps to accommodate my weird taste in burritos(I like a bit of all the salsas on the same burrito) I have only been to Chipotle as a shop visit from work and have always had issue with the staff being very cold. They are not outright rude, but never very friendly and seem irritated if you want anything different about your meal. Plus, there is no discount for anyone (student/military/Emergency Services) that I am aware of.

Great friendly service, clean lobby (though the dinner and lunch rushes can be a bit messy with the larger families and work groups), and they dont charge for extras except double meat. You can ask for half and half or extra of almost anything without you taking your bill up. Chips come with any entree and the trick is to never pay for chips and salsa, just fill out the survey on the receipt with your smartphone and hop back in line for free chips and salsa. So you dont have to pay for salsa. Also one dollar Coors light. All day happy hour yay!

Love the food but the service sucks! Not friendly and getting mad for asking for asking for 1 bag of chips instead of 2 like the guy offered and getting queso on the side to eat with chips! They werent that busy, it was me ordering 2 things and another lady behind me who just ordered 1 cookie and 2 cups of queso! I work with customers everyday and hate how people in fast food act! If you hate your job find a new one! I was nothing but nice saying yes please and thank you to them!!!

This is the worst Qdoba location in the Springs! Most of the employees are incredibly rude there. They clearly dont care about the customers or the food! The food doesnt seem as good here either. I always wonder if its because the employees dont care to make it right. I love Qdoba and always go to either the Austin Bluffs or Southgate restaurants and avoid this one like the plague!

Went there because the line was too long at Chipotle. There is a reason there is no line at Qdoba, the amount of meat they put on the burrito would be laughable if I wasnt paying for it. The portion size would be fine if the price reflected it but you pay almost two dollars more and get substantially less than Chipotle. just wait in line.

I really like the rewards system and queso here, but parking is an issue during busy hours. Every now and then I get someone who cant wrap a burrito and acts like its perfect when it falls apart in your hands. I really do like the food better than Chipotle and I always come back to this place when I want a big burrito.

The "employees" have no idea when they close. Which led to a burrito which only had a scoop of old chicken and resembled an enchilada. Their response, "weve already closed the kitchen". Understandable if it wasnt 8 oclock. I would risk Chipotles salmonella before wasting another dollar with these potheads.

All they care about is making money. Watch how they ring up your food they will over charge you. Nothing special the portions are small and lack customer service. Its hardly never anyone in there and I see why. I like the south gate location they are the best. The management at south gate is great.

Does not hold to the same standards as chipotle. People were cold even though there was nobody in the building. Manager was rude. Line was dirty, crusted bean juice on the pans, burritos not rolled correctly. Asked for a refund and went to chipotle down the street.

I really enjoy the food at Qdoba. The food is good at this location and I enjoy going when they arent too busy. Parking gets really tight and can be a real hassle. So timing is a good idea. Food is great. Updated location that is usually pretty clean.

Were on vacation, this is the first place Ive used my card in a week. Weve used my wifes card, about an hour after we left, someone from here charged over $1200 in online purchases. I closed the card and in gong in tomorrow to confront them.

Got my to go order mixed with someone elses. Realized it at home, had to go all the way back to get my order and it all turned out to be ice cold. Ill take my chances with food poisoning from Chipotle from now on.
