I usually love Bob Evans, its such a wonderful place. But not today. We walked in and asked for a table for the three of us, and was told the tables were being cleaned and we sat for a few minutes. They the guy tells us he has a booth ready but not a table, so my grandma opps for the booth. We sit and there is a table right next to us, unocuppiped. Then a couple is seated right there, they came in after us and we asked for the table first. Then the waitress mistakes us for one table and carries on her way, awfully rude like. So now we are sitting here with a rude waiter, no silverware and no spoon or saucer for my coffee, I am appalled.

The most horrible service. We came for my Grandfathers 92nd and my Daughters 12th Birthdays. I had to ask multiple times for: straws, drink refil and napkins. We were only given one butter for 2 biscuits and 4 rolls. It took nearly 45 minutes to get food. I had to get the manager to get anything accomplished. The manager said she would comp my Grandfather and Daughter a sunday. Then the waitress had the nerve to ask if we had an email or card to get the sundays for free. Really, after the NON-SERVICE I should get something free! We normally love Bob Evans but not on this visit!

If I could give zero I would. We waited 30 minutes for very simple breakfast foods. Even after bringing it to the attention of our server that he had served meals to a table that arrived after us, he aaaured is that it would be only a few more minutes. We politely waited until we were told the managers were on the line working on it, and they continued to serve guests who arrived after us. You would think the top priority would be to right their wrong first. A manager did not come and speak to us or attempt to correct the problem quickly. Last time I will eat here!!

Ive always thought of Bob Evans as a place retirement homes take their residents for a wild Saturday afternoon out, but I was pleasantly surprised. The soup and sandwiches were really delicious (Id actually consider it to be better than Panera) and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Its not fancy, its still Bob Evans, but it definitely made me reevaluate where I want a decent lunch.

Went to have dinner with my sister and the food and service was excellent. Our server BECKY was amazing. We had been there earlier in the week and Becky was our server then.Will definitely return as the food was excellent ,also she even remembered what we had ordered from previous visit AMAZING .. I would recommend you ask for BECKY as your server You wont be disappointed

First off let me just say the biscuits and gravy are on point. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Always willing to help and put off a positive vibe with a family friendly feel. Kristen the manager is awesome and has oust an ding customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thanks for the good food ladies!

Great atmosphere with friendly and fast service. I ordered the pot roast dinner and it was delicious. A perfect place to take the family for tasty, all-American food and entertainment. This place has the best group of wait staff around that are sure to always put a smile on your face. Good job, Bob Evans!

Good place to go with friends. The waitress was really helpful getting my toddlers food out first, but didnt come by enough to help with things she kept forgetting. Overall havent had a bad experience there.

I love the sunshine skillet here! My girlfriends and I always go for brupper LOL gotta have that gravy and eggs. Way better than Waffle H. and cleaner too. great staff and service.
