Walked in at 11:30 didnt get greeted all the chairs were on the table even though they dont close for another hr (12:30). Asked for steak and he said they stopped making it an hr before an then asked for jalepeno and he said they didnt cut any up. The guy automatically puts my food in a togo container which felt very unwelcoming like he didnt want us to stay inside and eat cause they were trying to close early. I never do reviews but i felt like this one needed it. We paid an he went to bag it up when i said were eating here he kind of sighed like he werent suppose to be eating inside when they didnt close for another hr.

Well, I usually dont have much to complain about but tonight I stopped in at about 9:30 and left extremely disappointed and hungry because they were unapologeticly out of most of their meat selection. If it were closer to closing time, that might be forgivable but they dint close for another 3 hours and their pep bar was a complete mess. Come on Pancheros, you have much to learn from Qdoba who came to my rescue with a fresh and tidy food selection 30 minutes before close!

This location in particular. It was 30 mins to closing and they had their doors locked. They saw me outside and I waited and they looked at me waiting to leave. I didnt so they ended up unlocking the door and served me. I never write reviews but this had to be said. Terrible customer service. They made me feel like I shouldnt have come even though they were technically still open. The one in Okemos is better.

Hands down the best burrito joint. They mix up the ingredients so you dont get a big mouth full of rice or sour cream. Their tortillas are also especially delicious for some reason. They also have a secret menu deal to get a double size burrito called the Gordo. Its also a lot cheaper than just getting 2 burritos.

Place is run by a bunch of fowel mouthed thugs now. Its a shame because it used to be a great family place. Now its a bunch of pant saging gehtto kids that dont want to do anything. And when you want to complain to the manager he gets the same attitudes cusses yo uhh out and tells you to leave "his" store.

I love this place! They have great food and good service. They also have the best queso chip dip in town! If youre in the area and want a change from the usual fast food joints give this place a try. A meal will with chips and drink will run you around $9-10 on average

Food is good as expected the staffs additude towards customers is not the best every time I come in I feel unwelcome I feel like im waisting there time by coming in. Most of the time they are just in the back joking around or looking on phones. To bad I love Panceros!

Normal run of the mill burrito place. They do mix up your ingredients and dont charge extra for stuff that other places do but sometimes the chicken comes out very chewy and salty but normally its decent.

I come here pretty often on a way to or from a movie at NCG. It is fast and always good. I get the bowl and ask for extra rice, filling but not stuffed when Im done.
