My wife and I have dined at Vaiano numerous times since this restaurant opened near our home. We love the comfortable atmosphere and hospitality. The decor is welcoming but not overdone as some theme restaurants. Now, the best part. The menu affords guests a variety of selections but not excessive causing one to wonder if they can pull off the too numerous options in the kitchen. The food is authentic, delicious, appropriate portions, with a clear sense that all is fresh - very fresh indeed. Oh, they provide a nice selection of Italian wines. You can enjoy a delightful dining experience for two for under $50.00. We are heading there now.

Great food and wine selection, the only downside is the bright lighting. If they were to dim the lights that would make all the difference. It would create a more intimate setting, not such a fast food type atmosphere. The food is really amazing and without the bright lights I would give this restaurant five stars.

Extremely cute, authentic, little Italian restaurant. Our server, Nick, I believe, was very nice and accommodating. Mustve had four loaves of bread! Pasta is extremely fresh and delicious: bow tie and linguine were very good. Salmon is a littttttle salty, and clams are just okay. Not bad, but not extraordinary.

What a wonderfully charming restaurant! Great Italian food at decent prices. And Im not sure what the previous reviewer meant by bright lighting. If it were any dimmer, wed be eating in the dark. I think the atmosphere is just right and not at all fast food like. I definitely recommend!

Been going here since day 1. The food is fantastic, especially the Margarita Pizza. The staff is wonderful, and always remember me when I come back time and time again. The prices cant be beat, especially for authentic Italian right in Granite Bay. Definitely a must go.

Just spending the time out with my wife and heard about this place from of all people.. A car salesman. We are now glad we went for that test drive. The food was great and the staff was welcoming. Have no doubt we will return to this wonderful restaurant.

Have eaten there before maybe just a bad night tonight was the most un-flavorful Italian food I have ever eaten. The sauces had not one bit of any seasoning both dishes horrible and it wasnt inexpensive.

Awful food. Definitely not worth the 110$ bill. Food over priced. Slow service. Law cake was just a cup cake cut open and cold pudding put inside. Waitress didnt know anything about that menu.
