We just pulled off the highway after a little league baseball game. Its 8:20 on a school night , we were tired and hungry. Jack in the Box has been around for a long time and always been reliable. We went through the drive-thru. We ordered 3 meals, one of which was a chicken fajita pita. We had to pull over and wait. After 10 minutes, we went into the restaurant. We were informed our order was given to another customer. We finally receieved our order and it was terrible. The pita was extremely wimpy with nothing but a little chicken, cheese, and one very small piece of wilted lettuce. Needles to say we were very disappointed. I tried to call and no answer. What a shame that we can no longer depend on a good old fashioned American fast food restaurant chain any longer:(

I go here often. Twice a month. Its near my work. Fast, friendly service. Never had a bad experience. Some say the prices are high. They were but other fast food restaurants have caught up. Dont listen to the naysayers. This Carls is a good one.

Have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly service, reasonable wait time in the drive through, and the food was blistering hot. This location always seems to have their stuff together.

This is an independent Jack in the Box so it dont have all of the specials advertised. Bummer. But the food is fresh.
