When ordering from the prime deli, keep in mind that there is about a 50/50 chance that they will get your order wrong. Usually, they will be polite about re-making/re-delivering your order, however today I had my first experience with a rude staff member. Initially, the driver showed up with the wrong order (not unexpected). 20 minutes later, when I finally received the correct order, I realized that the omelette had no cheese, even though its description on Grubhub CLEARLY states that cheese is included. When I calmly called them to say that they had gotten the order wrong and that I had never asked for "no cheese", the lady on the other end of the line SCREAMED at me that Grubhub was "wrong" and that I should have asked for cheese if I wanted it..... even though I had ordered this omelette before, and it always came with cheese. Not only did I not get an apology, but I was yelled at. If Grubhub is "wrong", then fix your menu before yelling at the customer....

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT SAVE YOUR MONEY! Absolutely worst restaurant ever they dont care about the customer they are absolutely rude and obnoxious. They made food HORRIBLY. I had the worst experience ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE RESTAURABT THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.

Best pizza delivery joint I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy, and I have frequented my fair share. Food is very well made and delivered fast. They are located very close to Brandeis University in Waltham, so if you attend that school then Prime is your best shot.

Huge variety in the menu. Owners are so nice. They know me by name and always ask how and my girls are doing. If someone messes up my order they bring it right back or give me an extra for my next order.

DONT GO THERE! I had a pizza: Disgusting! just a fatty oily tasteless and shapeless pizza. You get much less than what you pay for.; it is waaay too overpriced. Terrible experience >_<
