By far the WORST Bob Evans I have ever went to!!! The waitress and manager and food was so low on standards. First I order Chicken noodle SOUP and there is not a drop of broth, I did not ask for noodles, I asked for soup. So I waited to ask my waitress for broth, or hot water or something but she was at another table with customers saying she got their order wrong and she was so rude to them and said she just needs to walk away from them. She actually said that to them!! She finally comes over and says their soup isnt soup and they have no hot water. So I ask for a manager to be able to just leave and them not think I ran out on my bill. Within 2 min the manager came out to the other table with issues and was rude to them as well. Then disappeared in the back. After 15 min of waiting for manager to show up I finally asked again and they stated his in back on his phone. Are you kidding me!!!! All around worst place ever

Went in on Fathers day today, got a table and sat and waited a good 15 minutes without a server. Server came and said she thought she was leaving but apparently not and received more tables. Took drink order and waited a good 5-10 more minutes for our drinks..Ordered wild fire chicken salads and a grilled cheese for our daughter. Salads finally came out but no grilled cheese..A second server finally showed up and we had to ask for the grilled cheese which was likely just sitting under a heat lamp. I will not go back to this place again. Management needs to get a grip on how to run things better instead of your servers guessing what is going on. Take care of your customers first and you will make the dining experience much more enjoyable. Was not even given an apology when we told someone the service was way below average...

The wait was long. They said they had to clean tables to get anyone seated. The waitress we had was terrible. Couldnt remember much of anything we ordered. Didnt bring bread. Didnt refill drinks. Forgot to bring our salads and soups. No apologies. The waiter next to us was more friendly and helpful than our waitress. By the time she brought out the food it already looked like it had sat a while. She was unapologetic and dismissive. Understaffed, poorly staffed, dirty, and tables with dirty dishes that sat for quite some time. Manager seemed to know the waitress was terrible but didnt do anything to correct her.

I visited and placed a carryout order at this location on 12/13/2014 at 7:28am. Order no.769625 and waited until approx. 8:10a.m.before getting my food which sat on the waitress station for at least 15 min. and I finally asked if there was a problem. Food was nearly cold when I got home approx.2 miles away. Dont know if I will return to this location again. Guess Ill have to drive out of my way to the Rt.37 and I- 71 location. Im a regular Bob Evans customer and had other bad service at this Rt.23 location. Thank You and I hope the service improves. Jay

Twice in a year Ive used the Bob Evans website to place an online order at this location, and both times Ive arrived at the designated time only to find my order parked in the system, ignored. I dont know if this is endemic to BE in general, but the generally negative reviews of its smartphone app would suggest they dont take online seriously. No peacemaking freebies from the staff for the additional wait. Call on your phone to do takeout, or head down 23 to one of the stores closer in to Columbus.

I came too this Bob Evans not expecting much since I had eaten here before. But I order a 3 course meal and was brought no salad or desert or asked about them. Was brought a hamburger with no bun instead of the steak I ordered lol. And the bakd potato I ordered was cold when it made it too my table I didnt get my actual full order ever and only got the steak I ordered after being at the restaurant for almost an hour in a section that only had 3 tables in the servers ara

Worst experience ever. New computers today, staff was frustrated because it would lose orders. Our server couldnt find the manager anywhere and when she did he was outside painting the benches IN THE RAIN! When I left he was sitting on the bench, painting and on his cellphone with an obviously personal call. Instead of helping his staff. Banana bread was way undercooked and tasted like batter. Broasted chicken was good though.

Seems like a constant Carryout issue from everyone that goes here! I typically order only one item from Bob Evans, the crepes. But ever since Ive moved near this Delaware OH location, Theyve been horrible. The worst part is, theyre ALWAYS burnt. (Not to mention the other food I get for family is constantly cold from carry out) Worst Bob Evans=Delaware OH!

The food is good. I guess it depends on when you go there the last time my family and I went they didnt give us any silverware to eat ( we had Coleslaw) didnt give any napkins or straws and didnt put any ketchup at our table. It also took a very long time to get our check after we was done eating.

Great Experience!!! Our server Shirron was warm & welcoming. Our family was visiting from out of state, but we ALWAYS make sure to visit every time. Tracy, the mgr made sure everything was wonderful. There are many Bob Evans in central Ohio, but this one always seems to feel like home.

Been sitting here for a 1/2 hour, still with no food. We were told their cook walked out. They should tell their customers this when they first walk in, we could have gone somewhere else and ate. Do they not have any other cooks? The managers in the back cooking. So sad!

Since changing owners poor service and horrible atmosphere waitresses snotted all over my napkins and silverware coughed in our drink ..discussed that I asked for new silverware and threw napkins on next table over will not be coming back ...sorry I love Bob Evans.. :(

They have changed the drinking glasses to sm canning jars... Not a good decision.. the waitress acted like we were bothering her to ask for refills... If they dont want to keep checking their customers... Then give them a decent size glass.!

We seated promptly, the eating area was clean. Waitress was quick to our service, provided our drinks, accepted our dinner order. The meals came as ordered and was very tasty. Our waitress was excellent!!

Food is good. Service was very slow. Waitress mixed up our order and took awhile to bring side dishes. Restaurant was very clean. Hostess was very nice and friendly.
