There were so many issues with our recent visit to this DQ. The people taking orders were more interested in chatting with friends in line than taking orders. It took over 10 minutes to receive our dine-in order. During our wait, employees randomly collected the numbered signs given out and then guessed where to take the food. We later ordered two Blizzards, which were eventually delivered without the fudge center. The remakes did have the fudge center, but one of them was the wrong flavor of everything else. I should mention that it was hard to find a clean table, but that particular issue is standard at this locale.

The cook messed up our order. He was looking right at me and I said he could come to our table to see what we had. He then said I am not talking to you. I am talking to him. The young man at the counter was super sweet and said he was sorry. The cook is completely rude and I work in customer service. I would never treat a customer in that manner. He should have said he was sorry for himself. I will be calling the franchise to communicate this. The one in Kirkland will get my business from now on.

Went in to pick up a gift card, after waiting in a very long line. The cashier didnt know how to open a new gift card. She asked 1 coworker and he didnt know how either. I asked if there was a manager or anyone else who could help and she replied with "I am the manager, you can come back tomorrow?" Im amazed that the manager didnt know how to simple task at a register. Seems to me like that should have been easier to do than mixing a milkshake.

Came here two different times asking what non dairy drinks they recommended and both times said julius is non dairy. My son is deathly allergic to milk and he tried it, luckily not much happened (plus we had epi pen). Employee even apparently asked the manager if it was non dairy. We found out it was dairy because my older son tasted it after my allergic son had a sip amd he said this smells like its dairy and tastes like it.

I loved eating here until they made a comment about how much food I ordered. I got laughed at by the manager because I ordered 7 burgers for my family. Instead of apologizing they justified it by saying he was joking. Its not right insulting someone in front of your children.

Terrible experience. There was an employee on the floor lying down yelling at the other employees, and they gave us a chocolate swirl when we asked for a vanilla ice cream and they only gave us a few sprinkles on the top on the other two vanilla ice cream.

Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Over the whole summer, Ive been biking around Redmond almost every day, they recognize me enough that when Im riding up, the already know which Mini Blizzard flavor Im there for, and have it all ready to go for me!

This place was run by two children. Like literally kids. My blizzard was just soft serve with like two brownie pieces on top. I was charged too much and wasnt given a reciept. Dont know if this was just an off night but super weird.

The kids working here paid more attention to their friends in the dining area than the customers in line. My sandwich was a pile. Bathrooms were a biohazard. Food tasted like regret. Smelled better coming out than going in.

Failed to mention that chicken basket doesnt come with a drink until food arrived. 6 peice only had 5 peices. Place was not clean. I think the employees are genuinely trying their hardest, but not properly trained/managed.

This place is run by teenagers which are very slow and constantly make mistakes in the orders...and they also discriminate, they dont like my Spanish accent and one of the boys told me not to come back!!!!

Worst ever the cashier spilled soda in my car! Messed up on my order three times. Then wanted me to pull around and wait because they had a line in the driveway. Worst customer service ever!!!!
