I went there this morning on my way to work. I checked my bag as I started to leave and saw that they didnt give me a toast with my scrambler combo. Now I ordered a scrambler combo with an extra sausage. Well I pulled back for the toast and asked doesnt it still come with toast. They looked baffled and then got the toast. Well I usual wait til I get work to eat and what a big mistake. Opened my container and it looked like someone started eating my food. Look at the pick I posted. If you have ever gotten a scrabmler you know how they look. They also put a dang biscuit in it on the side. My coworker was like what is that. That is my last time going there. Last time my scrambler was barely filled up to half the bowl. I just want a refund because I refuse to eat that mess.

The only reason I am giving them one star is because the food is edible. I arrived this morning at 8:17 and was rushed with my order, which was a scrambler combo no egg extra sausage and biscuit. When I got my drink it was nearly two and a half inches below full. I did not receive a reciept to make a formal complaint. The biscuits were burned. When I asked for a lot of jelly the cashier gave me one. Im not sure why she was being so stingy. One pack of jelly for two burned biscuits will never work. It doesnt matter how thin you spread it. I asked for more and the cashier gave me one.. .I drove off because I was begginning to become annoyed.

First thing I look for is inspiration grad was 80 (B ) I was the only one at the counter at 10:50 am and it took the young girl 5 minutes to take my order after that she had my order I still did not get my order until 11:15 am my french fries was cold . And the sweet tea tasted like it was made 2 days ago, I really do want to support the local community businesses but it is really difficult when you are receiving really poor service!!!!!

Its a great place for breakfast so I gave at least 2 stars. But 3 times that Ive been and 1 conclusion....INCOMPETENCE!!! 6 people working and yet it takes 10-15 minutes (with only 5 or less in lobby/drive thru) to get a simple sausage biscuit. If you dareally to order something complex from drive thru then be prepared to get out your car to go get your order. SO 3RD TIMES THE CHARM....ILL JUST GO TO THE ONE ON MORELAND AVE!!!!

Just know I was hungry and I had the taste of some krystals. When I pull up it didnt take that long to get my food. Usually they do have a line out the ass. This time they were on point with it who ever was the manager at this time had in and out. Only thing I didnt like is that they put a lot of onions on my sack full. Other than that they good with me

Waiting for breakfast is terrible. I dont dont who was at the window on 12-9-2015 bUT she was slow. It nearly took 20 mins to get to the window and a extra 10 to get your food while at the window. These people need to get better at this or get a new staff.

This place is horrible.Not only is the store manager rude but they dont wear gloves often or hair nets.The grits always seem to be old and lumpy and the bacon is always burnt to a crunch.You come out better cooking at home to avoid the disappointment.

Horrible....but its the only restaurant in the neighborhood what are we suppose to do. ...a lot of the neighbors support the place ..we need to educate the staff better and I believe we will come out fine

I couldnt even get served 2 krystal chics on time enough to catch my bus....which is 20 mins on the weekend. I paid the money but had to leave my food in order to catch my bus. #Pissed

I got 5 scramblers..and they where horrible. .cold hard and they need to change the sauges patties back..lady at window put my food in the bag with no gloves on...just terrible. .
