They serve meat, but if you want to take your senses to South India try going vegetarian. This is the only type of food Anthony Bourdain claims to not miss the meat when eating. An extremely filling but easy start is a MASALA DOSA 7.99. This is an extra large wafer thin rice pancake that has wrapped inside of it a warm potato mix. So little spice anyone will enjoy it. The IDLY SAMBAR 6.99 (steamed rice cakes) served with two chutneys coconut (mild), a tomato based spicy one and a vegetable soup called Sambar. Pour the soup over the idlees. Once the Sambar is absorbed you can use your fingers to tear pieces off and forming a small cup with your finger tips push the food out of the cup with your thumb and into your mouth. The Thali meal is only served at lunch. It has a variety of small bowls filled with various classics. A pile of rice is in the middle and again you use the fingertip method of eating. Food does taste better if you forgo the cutlery. It certainly takes you closer to the roots of humanity. Ala carte there are many dishes that you can request less spice on. I like the "Ladies Fingers" actually fried Okra. OKRA FRY 8.99 MALAI KOFTHA 9.99 You wont miss meat. SAAG PANEER 10.99 Spinach from heaven. EGG PLANT CURRY 8.99 First timers order a MANGO LASSI 2.99 to have on the side incase you need to cool a bite. Have a desert. Gulab Jamoon is very similar in taste not form to pancakes with maple syrup. South Indian/Thali Vegetarian Dishes, Non-Vegetarian Dishes, Indian Breads, Dum Biryanis, Rices/Noodles Tandoor... Contact me through comments or messages if you need someone to guide you. I have been to India many times so I think I could manage helping with choices here.

When we first visited we ordered everything vegetarian food it is good so we suggested this restaurant to some other friend for small bday party he ordered biryani which is not tasty and they just kept biryani rice in full tray without having any vegetables or proper masala in it.After that we visited again we ordered for Fish and Prawns as the chef suggested last time but that is the most disgusting food we ever ate Prawns fry is served very less amount and there are no Prawns/Shrimp in it other than batter with too much oil and fish fry doesnt have any salt or properly cooked,we mentioned this to owner he made some drama and called chef. While we are explaining to chef, owner started involving in the middle without any manners and imitated us instead of being responsible. Most disrespectful and too much of attitude and waste of money eating in this restaurant.

Nice South Indian Restaurant!!! Had been there twice with friends and with family. Tried veg snacs and nonveg snacks. Ponugulu is awesome. A must try snack. Ordered 2 Biryanis Chicken Fried Biryani and Chicken dum Biryani and Fried Rice with chicken toppings, All 3 were awesome. Tasted very nice like biryanis in Hyderabad. Compared to the other restaurants in Bellevue, Redmond. I found this new restaurant has very good choices of Biryanis. Fried Rice with chicken manchurai topings was very tasty..... Great service, authentic food and Wonderful people. Nice Resturant. Will come back for sure!!!

Horrendous food- COLD and STALE. The "garlic naan" that was served to me was basically one of those frozen naans available in the freezer section of the Indian store. The dal was cold. The biryani that we ordered was kind of warmed up and just dumped into a nice looking serving dish. Yes, that was good- that serving dish! We had to request them to give us water. The folks are extremely disorganized. Id go on..... but here, Ill just end it with this: If there was a negative star rating, Id give this place a negative 100!!!! The 1 star is so that I can hit "post," thats all.

Food is Ok, bit spicy. One of the pickle is good and I liked it, I told to the person serving me, then he offered me that pickle in a tiny container(ketchup cup size) to home. when he gave, he told next time when I visit, if I tell him a head he can put separate for me, otherwise it is a problem for him on kitchen. Actually, I was hesitate to take anything for free and I did not asked to pack for home. I feel very bad, why I accepted to take home. I dont want to be him in problem for me. I dont like how he talked. I will not recommend to friend.

Tried dosa, vada and idli. it was fine. This a good spot for a quick bite. The place opened recently so few of the things were miss arranged. This is not a big deal. Staff is friendly and nice. They have a full menu. Still need to try more stuff. The idli and vada were good. A bit spicy, so please be aware check the spice levels.

Had dosa here and it was really bad. There was no taste at all. Sambhar was too watery and there were two chutney and both were not good. Complained to them and they were nice enough to refund the money. Wont be eating dosa here again. Not sure about other food though.

Very rude service, didnt even respond when I said hello, just dropped the menus and walked away. Comes back a couple minutes later, pours the water and then states that they only have two types of food, the kitchen is closed. Left immediately and will not be back.

A good place to have Indian food. Dosas and biriyanis are yummy. On weekends this place becomes really crowded. The staff usually updates with wrong waiting time which annoys a lots of customers including me.

Never had such biryani in US! Had been consulting and tried even in Texas, this is the most close one for Hyderabad dum biryani. This place has delicious food and great service.

Spectacular samosas, delicious food, attentive and friendly staff who accommodated food allergies well. Spicy food, but thats a feature, not a bug! Loved this place!

Fantastic food at great prices. However, the food was very spicy. The dish that we ordered mild for our kids was too spicy for them to eat, but the adults loved it.

The food was a hit or miss depending on what you order. Masala dosa was delicious and fresh. Vada was stale and seemed to be premade

The foods great. Ambience is about alright. The service could definitely be improved. It still gets a 5, because of the food.
