Potbellys has always been an sandwich staple in my life and this location understands that customer service is where the moola is. Always swift, even if there is a line, and always a person there who can help you decide if youre unsure of what you want. Had one mishap where my verbal order was misconstrued as two sandwiches, but it was handled and they put your correct order in the express lane to get it to you promptly. Love this shop and the owner is a sweet chill guy who gives out free smiles all day. Order the hot peppers at least once!

I generally like whatever I have when I go to a Potbelly. I came into this location the other day for the first time, and was offered not one, not two, but three free sandwiches that had just been made, but rejected by the folks who ordered them for whatever reason. Crazy timing. Other than that its your standard Potbelly shop. Looks the same, food quality is the same, shakes are top notch as always. The staff here are pretty laid back and friendly too.

Very personable staff, Alejandro was especially helpful and knowledgeable about all of the ingredients. My sandwich was amazing. I hadnt eaten at a potbellys in over a year at least, but I can tell you I will definitely be back soon.

Tasty sandwiches, rich milkshakes, and hot peppers I adore (which you can buy jars of!). This location has nice outdoor seating and friendlier staff than Ive experienced in Renton. Id visit frequently if I lived closer.

They had me at Nueskes bacon. I thought you only could get that in the middle of Wisconsin where its smoked. Such a good sandwich. YUM! The service and staff were very personable.

When there is a large line up, dont stay. They struggle to get the orders correct when they are busy. Hard for them to hear the customer.
