We love Qboba, so we were equally excited when they put one close to our house. Its relatively big and the building brand new. But by the second visit we are just disappointed...while the food was good, EVERY table was dirty, covered in crumbs and food. Some tables had left over cups & silverware and all garage cans were so full they were over flowing. We were the only people in the restauraunt, probably a perfect opportunity for the employees to tackle the dining room.. etc. One girl continuously worked, while two others played around the back on their cell phones. Seems they need some kind of manager on duty.

Congratulations! You have single handedly served the most stale tortilla chips in the first world. I was somewhat suspicious when you opened a drawer by the cash register and scooped them into a paper bag. My suspicions were confirmed upon smelling/tasting them when I got my food back to work. I think it is safe to rotate your chips out every 3-4 years. The dont have an indefinite shelf life. At least I paid $3.00 for them.

We love Qdoba but this location was very dirty. And the workers were slow. 5 people working and we were the only ones in line. Midway thru them ringing us up they stopped to make their managers food. We had to wait for one of them to stop what they were doing to finish ringing us. The lettuce was brown and slimy so I had to pick it off. The bathrooms were dirty also. Will not come back to this location.

I dont know where to start, there was four of us and the whole experience was horrible. As we were paying Victoria, the cashier or manager as she called herself, was rude and acted annoyed with us and her employees. Half of my order was missing, my boyfriend had a hair in his burrito and Victoria didnt handle the situation in a manager profession, we will not be returning to this Qdoba or any others.

This location is not on par with the others Ive visited. Ive eaten here three times and its not just bad, its consistently bad. The first time the service was incredibly slow, the second I was served cold steak, which is a health concern. The third time they were out of so many things, it wasnt even worth trying to put together a burrito. The 8 mile and haggerty location is much better.

Mostly average qdoba, would make it a 4 star but the manager isnt pleasant to encounter. Her attitude is reflective on the employees when she is there, employees are much better without her. She doesnt seem to value customer service, but the quality is consistent. If a Moes comes to town they probably will get my business if management doesnt make improvements.

Horrible customer service . I called back to let the manager know . But ends up the rude girl was the manager. Was my first time to the place and I let her know that still I felt rushed and she made me feel dumb . She didnt wanna explain what toppings I could get. I will never be returning back to this location for lunch ! Neither will any of my co workers .

I love qdoba and have eaten at other locations many times. But this location is horrible. First of all its disgusting and dirty. There was garbage all over tables and on the floor. The garbage cans were overflowing. The station to get your napkins and utensils was so gross. The food wasnt as fresh or good as other locations.

Went to Qdoba for the first time ever with my work around lunch, line was almost to the door, however staff worked quick and was not rude or pushy when I asked how everything worked, were friendly and helpful, the food was great and the queso is a must. Great place.

Did a takeout. "Vegeterian" tortilla soup had chicken pieces in it. When called, response I got was "yeah, chicken is next to the soup so pieces might fall in". Avoid this place if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Great food. Not to pricey. Always a friendly staff here and the Novi store. I highly recommend to take advantage of the membership! Free food for purchasing something you already want? Count me in.

Horrible, brutal, poopy. Cheese quesadilla had almost no cheese. My chicken burrito had a long hair in it. Person at the register, Victoria, was very rude. Would rate it a zero if I could.

Excellent food, service can be so so and inconsistencies dependi g on the staff. Some are really quick and efficient and others can be exceptionally slow and poor at making the order.
