Who knew the best veggie burger I had thus far in my life would come from this burger chain? Almost all restaurants or burger joints claim how unique their veggie patties are - ingredients, sources etc - but most of the time , they turn out flavorless, dry, and lifeless. Stopped by New York Burger and Co. Courtesy of Levelup $10 promotion. Since I came in during the later part of weekday lunch rush, there were only about 2 people in front of me. There were a good number of burger and sandwich options (I wanted to try a few!). Even though initially I thought of a getting two minis, the veggie black bean burger with guac and mango salsa sounded too amazing to pass. Since the veggie was the only burger that didntt come in a mini, I decided to go with just one full sized burger. I played around at the sauce station - so many options (pesto mayo, spicy chili ketchup, chipotle honey? Yummm) before grabbing a seat and devouring my burger - the veggie black bean patty was the size of 3 regular patties smushed together. It was perfectly charred on the outside but kept moist at its center. It was loaded with black bean and grain (rice?) not the filler bs. So flavorful, so satisfying! The mango salsa and fresh avocado combo was the cherry on top of this amazing veggie burger. I simply couldnt get enough so I went for a second to take home. I might give up beef burgers altogether for just another one of their amazing veggies. Will definitely return when Im in the area!

good hamburger place with other options- We ate here 2 days ago at this location. I prefer the space here to their 6th Avenue location. much nicer space. you order at the counter. Their hamburgers are very good. I had a burger with swiss and I could taste the grilled flavor. They have nice iced tea and lemonade freshly made and you can mix them- this place may be a little out of the way for some but if you are getting on or off the highline you can stop off here for lunch or dinner - plenty of room and not a tourist trap- their veggie burgers are very good also if you don;t eat meat- they even have fried asparagus- salad and chilli

I have never had a problem with any of my orders, but today I spent $13 on the crispy chicken salad without poblano (which comes with it). I love this salad. A couple of weeks ago and a few times before that I have received two dressings for my salad. When I asked for another one I was told by the person who made it that I would have to be charged for another one with an annoyed attitude. Its not the worst case scenario but I would appreciate the consistency or accommodation since I had asked one of the items in the salad to be removed. Thank you.

Came here with a bunch of friends on a weeknight-place seemed popular, but not overly crowded. Casual ambiance and friendly staff. I ordered a burger that came with fried onion rings within the burger, and a honey sauce-it was delicious. They also have a wide selection of sauces that you can have-as much as you want-with your burger. I tried quite a number of their sauces-and my favorites were basil pesto and the creamy horseradish one. Prices were reasonable too, I would definitely like to return.

The abundance of many condiments were astounding and the burgers were very tasty while catering to our specific cooked meat preferences. Shakes are more of a liquidity consistency in that it melts relatively faster than those found in Shake Shack. Great atmosphere and cleanliness adds to the chains growing success. Although, personally for me I think the type of bread chosen to compliment the burger does not do it any justice but rather allows everything to slide off easily.

After walking the high line we headed for the subway and stopped at this place for a bit of lunch. The menu is brilliant with healthy options aplenty plus all the burger favourites. Priced reasonably and when we got the food it is fair to say they were some of the best and most tasty burgers we have had while in New York particularly the turkey cheese burger. The staff were really helpful and the venue is simple but grand for a lunch stopover on your New York travels.

One of my favorite go too places for lunch whenever I feel like I need a good burger. Most of the options they have are within a bargain-able price range. The burgers themselves are also well cooked to the brim for that savory enjoyable taste. One thing I truly like about this place especially is the variety of sauce options you can choose from.I usually go for the chipotle ranch or the burger sauce whenever I can just to kick in the extra punch for my burger .

Hungry after a jaunt on the High Line, my friends and I desperately needed a place to eat. We stopped in here on a whim, and werent disappointed. There happened to be drinks specials on at the time as well; something we welcomed with open arms. The burgers are good, but the sauce bar when used in tandem made the experience better in our eyes. Not a bad place to grab a bite, though there is stiff competition in this scene.

I should have known a place that offers a dozen sauce options would not craft a good burger. I asked the lady who took my order if the turkey burger was a pre-made patty or made in house. She said made in house. It was CLEARLY a pre-made patty! My burger was hard, dry, under seasoned, and heavy. Do yourself a favor and go to Shake Shack, Black Iron Burger, or any other spot nearby.

The restaurant is clean and fairly quiet. The staff are friendly. The wait times are minimal. My only complaint is the food is boring so dont expect to be wowed. Everything is mostly under seasoned the bread is slightly dry, the bacon underwhelming, the sweet potato fries just a bit soggy. The burgers cooked to order and rare is rare, medium rare is medium rare. Thats a nice thing

Salad was horrible. Couldnt eat it. No sweetener. When I asked the counter lady got nasty with me and didnt look. Tea was mixed with old tea. Very nasty. Tried the lemon aid and it was so bitter I couldnt drink it. Total was if $15.00. Im going down the road and ordering at another place. I am so not a picky eater. Maybe I just had a lot of bad luck.

MORONS. Of the highest order. I called ONE HOUR before to request I have my lunch delivered an hour later. Did it arrive on time??? NO. PLUS, they totally screwed up my order so I had to eat what they sent me because I was told it would take ANOTHER hour to get my order remade and delivered to me. F.U. New York Burger Co. You are staffed with idiots.

Burgers were good, once you got them. This is a cafeteria style (a la Chipotle) restaurant, which sit-down prices and waits. Tap water comes in a 8-oz plastic cup from the cashier, so you have to ask for refills. Burgers are $7+ and fries with a shake cost $7 extra. Fries portion is small. Service was spotty. Wont be back.

Amazing quick burgers. Id say their burgers are just as good as Shake Shack and theres also a lot of options as far as toppings. They also have a full bar of different sauces that you can take. My favorite is classic BBQ but they have so many others. I love this place for a quick but not too quick burger and beer.
