Simply awesome sushi. We tried the "Lovers Roll". It was, quite possibly, the best roll Ive ever had in my life Not because it was a crazy exotic or inventive roll, but because all the fundamentals were executed so well: taste, texture & construction. All were more than on point, they were perfect. Prices and portions are very fair, and service was very good. Ambience is on the modern side of traditional Japanese. Full menu is extensive featuring standard appetizers and hibachi style selections. For an appetizer we had the Gyoza, more affectionately referred to as Pot Stickers. Flavor and texture were both spot on. Overall, having tried most of the sushi restaurants in the Clermont/Groveland area, Ikaho Sushi is the best around.

To be so low key, this place is pumping out quality product at a very consistent rate. I love the volcano roll more than any other sushi roll in existence. I got it once and forgot what it was that I ordered. When I was still figuring out what sushi roll it was that blew my mind from here (volcano roll (remember)), I explored the menu and found the Dragon roll. I was shocked that I ordered the wrong roll, but even more so to find that I enjoyed eating eel. If you live in the area and you like great service, great atmosphere, great people, and great food... stop by. Amaze yourself! P.S. I rarely ever give reviews.

The sushi and the rolls were wonderful. My son enjoyed the beef and udon noodles. My wife started with the tempura shrimp. The coating was light and crispy and the shrimp was sweet and tender. The Hamachi (yellowtail) was mild and buttery. The service, however, was somewhat lacking. Our water glasses remained empty for most of the meal and dirty plates sat on our table for too long. The food seemed to take quite a while to arrive despite the fact that there were only about 4 or 5 tables dining. I do plan on dining there again. This is a suprising gem in Groveland.

We do not eat out often, simply because we dont like spending money on a so-so dining experience. So glad we listened to the other reviewers on this one! Nice quiet atmosphere, the dining area and restrooms were clean. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, (empty dishes were promptly removed, drinks were kept filled) and very friendly. Since this was our first experience at a Japanese sushi restaurant, we asked our server a lot of questions. She made excellent recommendations from the menu and we left feeling full and satisfied. We will be back again.

I thought this place would be decent especially with how many good reviews from here and yelp. Sadly the food wasnt worthy of the 4.5 rating. The service wasnt the best. One waiter for seven tables. No refills on any of our drinks. We even got charged $3.70 each for hot green tea, even though in most Asian restaurants its free. The food was mediocre as well, the fish and imitation crab you could tell was frozen not fresh. Be careful of the reviews, Im sticking to sushi in Orlando.

- The areas Best restaurant. The flavors are on point and the sushi is always high grade. Great service with friendly staff, the prices are easy to swallow too. Great Vegan/vegetarian options. Service is excellent considering how packed it gets on random nights throughout the week. Ive been to other Asian restaurants in the Clermont area and they just dont cut the hot mustard for me.

Oh such horrible American style Japanese food done by Chinese. Strangely though, rice and noodles (just the bare noodles, not the noodle dishes) were really good. All in all, we regret stopping there. But you should go if you are a fan. After all, there are so many Chinese American Japanese establishment all over the country. I imagine plenty of people dig it.

Ive been coming to Ikaho sushi for 3 years and the quality is top notch. Why a 4 star instead of 5??? Service is inconsistent. Some times its good, other times great, and other times fair to dismal. The ONLY reason I keep coming is the sushi. There are many truly great sushi establishments in the area (Orlando included), however I will tee Ikaho up with anyone.

First time I go to this place, but since the weather wasnt that great, I had it to go, just ordered something simple to try like the chicken fried rice... I have to say it was really good! Ill be back to try more. Atmosphere seemed really nice too.

We love that theres such a great sushi/hibachi place in our small Groveland. Always delicious food & great customer service. We adore the family owned staff here & will always choose to eat here over driving to Clermont. Definitely check them out.
