When I first moved here... they were a solid four stars. Shortly thereafter, they dropped to three. Today theyve finally hit two stars. Their customer service is atrocious. Any day now I expect them to answer the phone like "L&L What?". Also, dont expect any help trying to figure out what the name of something you want off of their menu. If you ask them a question like; "Whats the name of the soups you have?" They answer back with "You tell me what soup." When you go in to pick up your order... The young folks behind the counter are barely able to put their cell phones down long enough to take your money and mutter out a "thank you" before going right back to their cell phones (this includes the cook). The quality of their food has slipped as well. the chicken is now really greasy. In addition, they charge extra now if you want brown rice instead of white. Very sad this place had a lot of promise.

The food is always awesome! The service in the other hand is completely opposite. The staff is very unfriendly, ride, they have always messed up on my order and when I tell them about it everything they blame me for the mistake, there just needs all new staff altogether!

Alright Basic Hawaiian barbeque food. My Favorite is the BBQ mix. A lot of chicken and ribs w/ white rice and pasta salad. The wait is okay, the inside is kinda annoying after being there for awhile.

The food is usually pretty good. But the girl who takes your order should really try smiling more often, or at the very least work on her resting B*#@# face. Borderline rude at times.

Their food is delicious and the portions are satisfying. Just one minor complaint, the clear plastic tray they used for take out got melted by the BBQ, I dont think this is healthy.

Had my favorite Loco Moco and it was quite good. Ordered Chicken Katsu, Spam Musubi and Malassads to go. Food is good. Staff is a little shy more than unfriendly.
