First off I have never given a review before but after my visit today at the wingstop on Buckingham in Garland Texas I just had to...My sister ordered 2 separate combos, when I went to pick them up i paid and an employee said these are yours (the only 2 bags on the counter) I said great thank you. With me not knowing exactly what she got i drove home which is about 15 mins away. When i got home i was opening up the bags and taking the food out only to realize one whole combo of 24 wings were not there. I quickly became extremly upset and frustrated because i was told that it was everything. My sister than asked me they didnt give you the drinks either I replied with a confused NO. I called the store, ready to give them a piece of my mind . After me ranting about what happend the manager Lily changed my attitude instantly! Her tone of voice was amazing and I could tell she genuinely cared that I had to waste my time and gas to go back to get the food I ordered in the first place. when I got there she greeted me by name and a smile also With the bag already in her hands and the cups on the counter. She then started apologizing right away and again the genuine kind of apology for the inconvenience. She explained to me why that may have happend and was kind enough to put my name in a book so I could come back any time I wanted to get a free 24 wings combo. Another manager by the name of Romero I believe joined our conversation and quickly realizing what the issue was, he assured me they will take care of me for sure. Also being very understanding of why I would be upset. I have never seen any manager be concerned the way both Lily and Romero were. I usually dont go to that wingstop i just happend to be around there. Even though there is another wingstop closer to me I will definitely continue to go to the one on Buckingham in garland because of them. I hope they get some type of reward or recognition for the best customer service I have received...EVER! I hope they hire more people like them.

The only reason why Im providing with a star is because I have to post a review to advised yall before even thinking of coming here. I used to have good service, but now its terrible. The staff dose not greet you, I personally have to greet the staff. I have order at least 50 times in here and they have messed my order but hey no one is perfect ,I never complaint even when they took longer than 30 minutes. I have always placed an order on-line never had a problem. This time I decided to place an order online, I receive a confirmation number in my e-mail. The confirmation number stated will be ready at 8:28 , so I went with my family to pick up my order and they come up with this nonsense, we did not receive youre order. Asking me if I had pay on-line to confirm my order, I asked to speak with the manager and the manager said that even dough I receive a confirmation number ,that it dint make my order official. I am very disappointed I have order the same way, and press the option to pay on store ,and never had a problem. The manager didnt even offer a solution, he dint even say sorry. What kind of a manager doesnt offer a solution? Dont bother coming to this location it has very poor customer service.

just. edible. Wingstop is known for its thick juicy wings and that is what was missing from my meal. I ordered 25 boneless wings 3 different flavors, mild, regular, garlic parm. The batter was so thick AND was overcooked making these hard instead of crunchy. Like having to bite through bark to get at the meat. When I did get to the meat, it was tiny, dry and tasteless. How could such dry and hard food also be soaked with grease? only the fry cook knows. these should be lightly battered, crispy, with chomp sized chunks of easily identifiable, juicy breast meat. I would ask for a refund, but...I dont see me ordering from them again. ever.

I honestly believe this store needs negative ratings . I call numerous amounts of time and they do not answer . Well tonight I called them as I was walking in and the lady behind the counter looked over to the guy working and goes "this same number keeps callin" then answers the phone and doesnt say anything ... Just waits for me to hang up . Really ???!!!! What great customer service . If you dont like you job , quit . Simple dont piss off paying customers BECAUSE YOU DONT LIKE YOUR LIFE

Worst Wingstop Ever. I placed my order an hour in advance, due to the game I knew they would be busy and I even called after an hour to check if my order was ready. They told me my order would be ready in 10min. I get there to pick it up and they tell me that my order cannot be made til I pay first. Are you f***ing kidding me, dont you think that should have been said to me when I placed my order. They are a bunch of Idiots. Worst service ever!!!!!

Ordered online, arrived in 15 min for pick up, waited additional 40 min. Other people who ordered when i came by got theirs before me. Didnt even get started on my order till i asked them how long it would take after waiting 30 min. Online order for pickup is worthless. People who used online ordering feature shouldnt recieve their order later then people who ordered on the spot especially when it is supposed to be ready already by then.

Dont like the fact that the employer that answer the phone was disrespectful and racist. after I told him my name his mood changed and asked for upfront payment or said I would have to wait an hour after pay when I showed up. Thats the dam reason I called to place the order you dam idiot. (Another Trump Voter) so I called a different location and they assisted me properly

If you would like to get wings to go maybe you should call an hour before you actually need it. We order online it said it would be ready in 30 min we get there and still had to wait 40 more min. Sorry but to have to wait more than an hour for your food I dont think so. The ladys in the kitchen were on their personal cell phone making call I mean cmon really bad service.

Today i got wings from this location.Always they burned my wings and fries .worker who was taking order was showing so much attitude.flat wings were so small.i love wingstop at sachse location.i told them that my chicken tenders are so dry ,I dont know what they put it was freaking spicy.and i complain to the manager and she didnt do anything.hate garland Wingstop.

Mmm out of this place 10 Stars if I could but I cant but the people are great theyre theyre very professional very clean restaurants clean restrooms are clean the sauces on your wings the wings are cooked perfectly the drinks are perfectly theyre not watered-down fries and and vegetables are the perfect thank you Wingstop

Ordered online 30 minutes ahead of time- I get there and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. No apology or anything from the staff there. I also asked for extra seasoning on fries and barely had any, even my kids asked why they were so bland. I definitely wont be visiting this location again!
