Alan who serves guests is not the quality employee I would like working for my organization - you get your food with a side of attitude. Unfortunately, the attidute is one of disgust of the customer. At least they are consistent in 2 areas: taste (while some fluctuation, you tend to know what you will get) and inconsistency in portion sizes. Really a shame this guy is causing me to rethink my choice is food. 2 stars for the food being acceptable. would like to have google provide a multi-tier rating system. would provide the business with more insight into the issues each location is having.

Every time I want some good enough Americanized- Chinese food that is fast but not greasy I would go here, staff are nice, service is fast and the place is quite clean, good upkeep. Other than that once every blue moon the rice will be too dry or too much water but ehh, the other past experiences evened it out. Over all a nice fast food restaurant and the food is above average compared to other location or similar foods.

The food I order online is never ready when I get here to pick it up. I got here tonight 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. There was no one in line. They started making the food when I got here. Im having trouble understanding the whole point of the preorder process.

Hit or miss lately but still HIT more often than not. One little criticism: please put more meat in your meals! I am not a vegetarian, so when I order beef broccoli, I expect beef AND broccoli. Other than that you guys are perfect :-)

Same good experience with any other Panda Express! The outside patio is beautiful! But they need to keep looking at their buffet and make sure everything is fresh looking and wear gloves when they handle raw veggies!

I asked for white/steamed rice and they didnt have any, so they just got some out of a pan which I am assuming is from the day before with the rice being hard and all. Definitely dissatisfied with the food.

Flimsy trays and food containers, split my food on the floor and they wanted to charge me again for another plate,,,i dont think so. Staff is rude..never again, the are other better chinese places to eat at

Theyre always a good place to go for basic chinese. They dont always have egg rolls ready which is annoying. As a local guide I think its my duty to tell people this. Were a very dignified honest bunch.

hot and fresh food that comes in either a to go box or for here plate. Food tastes fresh and tastes better than in Los Angeles. Definitely coming back here to the great food and friendly service!

I cant even eat here anymore. Their food has gotten worse and worse. Greasy cheap ingredients. The bbq pork is disgustingly fatty. The chicken is too. I feel worse after eating their food.

Ive always liked Panda Express for what it is. Some stores dont circulate the food much, so you get dry rice and chicken. This location doesnt have that issue. I like it.

Tried the new surf and turf, and while it was good the portion was very light compared to normal portions. The extra $1 for this entree definitely is not worth it.
