This particular Red Lobster has the worst possible service. Most of the staff is slovenly, overweight, and moves slow so that should have been the first sign. My girlfriend and I ate here about a year ago, but the waiter was so bad we decided not to go back. For some reason unknown to me, we decided to go back yesterday. Not surprisingly, the service was horrible again. It was not what I would call busy...but if you are ok with having a single coke to drink during your visit and sitting empty for 30 minutes, then you would probably like this place. Ordered a beer too when I sat down while waiting on the food...I was surprised that it was ever even brought, but yes, that was brought after the food came, so I sent it back. Also brought after the main course came was the starter salad and cheese biscuits....that makes sense. Getting a refill, items missing, or sauces was a chore and a bit of a game of trying to catch a random staff member walking by and asking them for it before they disappeared. Once finished with our meal, we sat for about 10 minutes before the waiter came and took the plates, not offering either of us a refill and not bringing the bill. After about 5 more minutes I asked for the manager. I just wanted to pay and leave. We told him we didnt want a discount, we didnt want free food, we just wanted to pay and get out of this hellhole of a restaurant. In fairness, the manager was pretty nice about it and took a little bit off the bill and gave us cokes to go even after declining them...but I still see this as a failure in management as there were others complaining at this time for various reasons and this is obviously not an isolated incident. The only reason I could even justify giving it 1 star is because the food, once it arrived, was pretty good.

Management needs a major correction!!!! Extremely rude and discordeous. I will be writting a letter to their corporate with extended details. Bottom lime is they quoted 20 min max wait and it took more than 45. They let in a ton of other parties before us that arrived after us. When we complained they stuck us in a horrible seat that did not even have enough chairs for our party. Manager got "lippy" with us and acted like he was doing us favor for getting us seated. I would add that we have came to this location on average at least once a month for the past 10 years. Not a way to treat valued customers. We miss the old general manager that moved to the Elizabethtown location. We may be done with Red Lobster depending on corporate response.

The only reason they get a star is because I loved the waitress Emily. She was great. You know what I dont like? THAT THERE WAS NO BARBECUE SAUCE! Ok what was I suppose to use for my chicken tender?! No I dont like mustard nor do I like ranch. I need barbecue!!!! Do you understand? Do u have to say it another way? I need my sauce. No lie. What was I supposed to do? Eat them plain? Who does that?! And WHO uses SHREDDED CHEESE on a hamburger? Where yo whole cheese at? Yeah I know you serve sea food. Who cares? I needed my sauces!!! Upgrade today!!! Get sauces of all kind! #allsaucesmatter and also dont use shredded cheese on a hamburger you MONSTERS!!!

I normaly go to this red lobster about 7 times a year. Service is normally good. This time it was excellent. Too many times we forget how hard food service can be. Just wanted to give a big thanks to Randall. (Our server) he was very considerate and personable. He made my familys visit to red lobster a great one. So if you go in and get Randall, you should be well taken care of. Thanks again Randall.

I often go here for dinner, it is usually very busy and finding parking is difficult. I have run into problems with this location in the past but they were quickly dealt with which is all one can ask. The food is normally good though the interior of the place is getting dated. Most of the staff are attentive. This is worth a stop in for dinner if you can find a parking spot.

Just left this place for lunch & a spider joined our table for lunch. Our server was not attentive. Oh...there was a dog in the restaurant just relaxing under the table. Nope, not a service dog...just the customers pet. I have a dog also but didnt know you were allowed to bring your pet out for dining in public restaurants. Not a good experience at all!

The food here is pretty good. Cheddar biscuits are great. The service is usually ok. I enjoy coming here, but have never been impressed overly by this particular location. I have always wish another Red Lobster would open out towards the Oldham County side of town so I could eat Red Lobster without having to go to this location

My dinner was messed up. The salmon was over cooked as was the asparagus, that cost $2,95 extra. Our waiter was great, but the time I spent there waiting for a meal I ordered was horrible. The manager never came over to offer anything. Needless to say I will avoid this restaurant in the future!!

This red lobster totally sucks at service. If you are party of 8 or more, dont think of going here. They say its 5 to 15 mins, but make you wait for almost hour. Then Mr Manager shows up as all good guy who does nothing but says he cant help miuch. This reb lobster totally SUCKS :(

I have always had great service and food @ this Red Lobster from people who act like I made their day by choosing to dine w/them. Fine dining? No, but for a great value in a friendly atmosphere, this Red Lobster really was a nice stop on a hard trip! LE

Do NOT go here. Hostess was pushy and sat me near crowd even though I asked for some quiet and the restaurant was fairly empty. Then 2 servers got into an argument at my table about who was to serve me! Stay far away from this train wreck.

Had a lovely dinner on 03/03/2016 our waiter Chris was excellent and was very outstanding at his job. You can tell when someone takes pride in there work. Red lobster is lucky to have him!! he will go far.

Horrible food and our server was horrible too...it felt like i just left McDonalds...Joes Crabshack its horrible but i wouldve eaten there if i wouldve known...theyre sales have declined 8% in 2015.

Most of the food is good, but for a place with lobster in the name youd think theyd figure out how to not over cook it. But if lobster flavored gum is your thing I highly encourage ordering it.
