Went for veggie taco; which the menu ingredients indicates, onions, cilantro, cheese, and jerk sauce. I received onions, cilantro, cheese, jerk sauce beans, peas, and some sort of breading, etc. I was praying it wasnt soy, as for medical reasons Im restricted from having soy. Therefore, I texted the number on menu to see what I was served. I received a response saying "That is not me"! Then their menu picture was sent with a caption indicating "This is me". I replied "Im appalled...most certainly is! My family and I traveled a great distance to patronize the establishment for the first time. Im a pescatarian who only eats veggies and seafood, so I was confused as to what this is on my "VEGGIE" taco, because I didnt see any of these ingredients on your menu. My husband ordered 2 steak, 1 chicken, 1 fish, and 1 veggie at approximately 8pm. Now this is frightening! VERY deplorable!! WHAT DID THEY SERVE ME! This was our first time and we traveled from far suburbs. Unbelievable and very frightening!!!! EVEN MORE FRIGHTENING THAN THE SHADDY CHARACTERS WALKING AROUND AND THEIR SECURITY GUARD LOOKS INTOXICATED ... Anyways, the sandwich looks a little mangled because I picked it apart to disect it..Was praying Yelp would allow a picture. My fish taco like the caught it in a swamp!!! Disgusting stank fresh smelling and tasting fish Ive ever had. In conclusion dont waist time or LIFE going in the ghetto (I grew up on Madison & Laramie and went to Spencer and Michelle Clark schools) trash!!!!!!

The online ordering was nice although there is a $5 charge, but the problem started when we went to pick it up. The receipt said that the cashiers name was Raven, but she had a horrible attitude when I was picking up our food. She was cursing for no reason because I gave her the debit card used to order the food, and somehow she commences to tell me that this was not the card used to pay for the food and it is company policy to verify the card before giving the food. Well, thats great since there are so many people who are going to know that Al went to Jerk Taco Man at 2 a.m. and are going to steal my food, but I digress. The error was on her end as to why she could not verify the card, whatever the process may be, but I had to keep going out to ask my wife questions because it was her card that was used. I had come to the car so many times that my wife just came into the store to solve the issue. When she came in, Raven was cussing at her when she was trying to explain that this was in fact the card used to order the food. Finally, after about a half hour, she discovers that it was the card used. My Wife left after the card was confirmed, I stayed to get the food, and she states, "next time, tell your lazy ASS wife she needs to come in and get the food herself since its her card!!" Being the gentleman I am, it doesnt matter whos card was used, I went to get our food.

I truly do love what you have built, its awesome you are expanding and nothing gonna stop my SUPPORT of your business, but I must make this IMPORTANT REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE. I know that you are succeeding in you endeavors an its great but bare in mind that you got a lot of hungry customers out there that wont be able to patronize your franchise because the sodium content wont allow it. I beg you, I beg of you, I plead that you PLEASE Take this request in par, would it be safe to ask that you have a separate grill for the patrons that cant handle the high sodium content that your meals have, now your quite generous with you portions an no doubt with real talk thats awesome, but theres a war for the black belly already an it really looks like were loosing this fight because of the contents of what we eat, I posted what I bought from your west side restaurant with great pride, why cuz I got a helluva meal reasonably price an my bag WAS HEAVY HEY

I usually love my food but today my order was terrible. I ordered online and was charged a $5 convenience fee but yet in still I stood in line for over 10 minutes and finally when I pulled out my phone once I reached the window, the cashier ask do I have an online order and I said yes. She said why you didnt just walk right up and I told her that was basically butting in line ( they should have a separate window for online orders). My food was cold, hard and had to be old. I didnt receive my jerk sauce and I specifically ask for it. Im not sure if this is something new that you all are doing with the steak meat but mines was shredded as if it was pull pork (it was terrible). I came all the way from the hundreds so just imagine how pissed I am. I will never order from you all ever again. #angrycustomer

Good food. Horrible service. $3 convenience fee to use a debit or credit card which is ridiculous. If you order any food, you must have the sauce added to your food. If you choose to not have your sauce on your food, you must purchase the sauce for it to be on the side. Even though sauce comes with your order for free on the food. Lastly, I ordered a drink, and when the worker gave me my drink, she placed my straw on the counter unwrapped. All straws should be wrapped no matter what in a place of business. Its very unsanitary to place an unwrapped straw on a counter where other bags, money, food has been placed. Bad idea. I usually dont leave bad reviews but this service was not a good experience for my first time visiting this place. Never again for me!!!

If I could rate this place with less than 1 I would ok first off it needs to be more than one person taking orders. Then they charge you for every little thing if you want to call ahead I think its a extra 4$. If you want to use you debit card its a extra 3 $. They are really getting over on people. Also the staffing is horrible as I watched the young lady prepare my food another employee kept reaching over my food thats beyond rude and nasty. They touch everything with those gloves and then want to turn around and touch your food. Someone kept leaving out the back door and leaving the door wide open so im sure they have all kind of bugs flying around in there. Once you get your food you not in the mood to eat it because you waited a hour to get your food.

I waited for over an 1 hour and 20 minutes for a 1 burrito and 1 slice of pizza. Which seems to be the average wait for each order no matter what size the order is. When my burrito was ready I was told that they sold out of the slices of pizza lol. They sold my slice while I was waiting for my 1 hour 20 burrito lol. So I asked for a refund and it took another 15 minutes because the cashier couldnt do the refund he had to call someone else while I wait and he takes other orders finally I got my refund back in cash and was out of there never to return. TERRIBLE SERVICE- GREAT FOOD
