I had previously reviewed this particular location in Magna. And if you can believe it, the rating went down from 2 stars, to now 1. Here is why: The service is decent. When you go through the drive through. Not really rude or anything. Average fast food customer service. But this is the problems. The food was expensive for what it was. I paid nearly $17 last time for a bucket of 8 pieces of chicken. Thats it. 8 pieces of chicken. And they werent good. Problems were: I wanted all grilled. As usual, this location did not have enough grilled. So I had to take half as deep fried. This is a regular issue at this Magna location for some reason. I have never had an entire grilled order filled yet. Next, you only get 4 decently sized pieces. 2 breasts, two thighs. The other? 2 wings and 2 drumsticks. The drumsticks and thighs were so dried out we threw them away. I mean crunchy dried out. The other 4 pieces were just ok. Because we had to eat the two biggest pieces (breasts) as fried, instead of grilled. So in essence, I paid $16 and change for 4 pieces of subpar chicken. I called the manager to let her know the situation. She said she couldnt do anything. Then said she would send us some coupons. We gave her our address and of course she never sent them or called us back. I have given this location numerous chances. Not anymore. They will never get our business again. KFC as a whole, food quality wise has gone way down hill since the 80s and even 90s. Worst thing they did was do away with cornbread. This location never had it in stock anyway. But I loved KFC cornbread. And the value for your money? Almost none anymore. Way too many options in todays market for a place to run this badly and get my money. This location highlights this problem worse than any other I have visited... (Update:) I posted this. Then decided to read others posts. Seems I am not alone in my feelings on this location. Same complaints of "no chicken in stock" or "crispy chicken all out". This place definitely needs new ownership or management or both!

The Magna KFC is the worst KFC I have ever been to and coming from Trinidad and Tobago which has a KFC on about every corner, Ive been to my fair share of KFCs. Every time I have gone there in the last couple of years they are always out of chicken and Im told that I will have to pull my car around and wait. Why is it that you never have chicken on the warming racks? Its defiantly not because you have customers flying through your doors. Also why have a customer wait clock at the drive through if you are always telling your customers to pull around even if Im the only car. I prefer crispy chicken and will request that at time of service and a lot of the time they cant even get that right. You could learn a thing or two from the KFC restaurants in Trinidad and Tobago that always have long lines of customers but get you in and out in a few minutes, never run out of chicken and their Spice Crispy Chicken that I cant get here is to die for and by far the best tasting chicken on the planet.

Now I love KFC and I have worked my share of fast food so Im pretty easy to please. But this was rediculous. When I got home I realized they forgot to put in my four biscuits so I called and told them. They apologized for the inconvenience and said theyd put a few cookies in there as a sorry for me coming back. I reluctantly agree and drive back down there. Then I waited for 7 minutes to get the biscuits. I understand a food rush is a rush and fast food is a first come first serve basis, but when a customer has already COME and had to come BACK because of your incompetence you should serve them RIGHT AWAY. If you cant understand that you should NOT be in a customer service job. After I got back into the car I realized that there werent any cookies either. Needless to say Im going to drive 15 extra minutes to the next kfc instead of this dumb crowd ever again.

KFC has definitely lost its touch... Everytime we have gone Someone is not happy with their food, stopped going for a while thought wed give it another try & it was horrible asked for crispy received original then the worst part... It was still raw! They were out of pot pies , every combo meal we ordered was missing an item! Completely ridiculous !!! Does not deserve my hard earned money.... Lost my business for sure not one person in my family enjoyed their meal.

So sick of this KFC. Tried to give it a second chance today and I regret that. Last time they were out of almost everything. They never have enough crispy chicken for even an 8 piece chicken meal. Worst of all, today when we got home, the gravy was spilled all over everything in the bag and everything in it. Never going back to this location, I will drive to another.

$2.50 cheeseburger was lousy compared to the same priced cheeseburger at In-N-Out. Maybe you should only get chicken at KFC? Either way, KFC, stop trying to sell something you suck at, eh? Mens bathroom had no way to dry hands; just a broken air blower and an empty towel dispenser. This was at 11:20 am, not even in the midst of a lunch rush.

We were missing food, and the food we for was cold and the hamburger was raw. This by far is the worst KFC ever. I rather travel 30 miles then ever go back there. When we were getting our order there was a gentleman complaining about his orders as well. When they "attempt" to fix their mistake, they do it in the worst way ever. DONT GO THERE.

You dumbasses dont even know how to answer your phone. Im calling for 30 minutes trying to make an order A BIG order to get things started a head of time and was never answered. Then had the nerve to say next time trying calling . Never going to this location again you never new workers new managers or something

I got food poisoning 2 years ago I can not go back to KFC amw got the papa burger and the lettuce was bad like Frozen. And a family friend got there orders screwed up spend like 20 minutes they will never go back there that was 5 or 10 years ago

Tried the new 3pc cod. I found the portions to be child size but ok. Unfortunately no tartar sauce was offered with the fish so Im not sure if they even offer any kind of condiment to go with it. Pretty sure for the price I wont order it again.

This place sucks they never have any food as of 9 an they dont even close till 10 and they wont make any cause there gonna close an they have all these cars in line might as well put u close at 9 so no one comes to order its ridiculous

THE WORST KFC EVER!!! THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY DONT HAVE ANY CHICKEN IT HAS HAPPENED LIKE 4 TIMES. FRICKIN RIDICULOUS. IF THEY DO HAVE CHICKEN IT IS DRY AND NASTY. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY JUST GO TO MCDONALDS OR ANYWHERE ELSE.
