The General Manager Andrew at this location is very unprofessional, I can totally understand why his staff react the way that they do, very unprofessional wait staff. Went to this location on a Tuesday and when we got the bill we notice there was a 15% gratuity charge for parties of two or more, the waitress was not professional and exercised very little patience, and was very forgetful, we asked to speak w manager and I advised the manager that I don’t feel like the waitress deserved mandatory tip that was not disclosed in the menu, he said if I don’t pay it he will call the police?? I said I have no problem paying my bill but I’m not going to tip someone this amount when I feel like they were unprofessional and very forgetful. Conclusion was he said never come back to the store, we paid our 92.00 bill and we left, worst experience ever, if you want great service I suggest you run, this place sucks!!!!!!!!!

Too salty! I ordered grilled chicken tenders with parmesan garlic sauce. The chicken had some kind of salty seasoning on it which would have probably been very good if they didnt use so much. The sauce was so salty it was not edible. We also ordered cheese curds which were tasty at first but also extremely salty. The hot wings were just hot, no flavor to speak of. The only redeeming qualities about this place were the excellent service we received and the slightly better than mediocre soft pretzels which were, to my surprise, not that salty. I would go here again if I was in the mood to spend 10 dollars for one overly seasoned grilled chicken breast, though I doubt that will be the case anytime soon.

Ignore all ratings that are dated before March 2011! This Buffalo Wild Wings location has a completely new look and a much higher service level! I would definitely prefer to eat IN the restaurant now, rather than take the food home (best wings in the country) - although I will admit the new take-out packaging is a huge improvement if you have to use it... Ive never before seen more high-definition flat panel TVs in one restaurant - so cool! Contrary to some other reviews, our serverS we cheerful, helpful and friendly - maybe because of the remodel? And the bathroom was very clean. Hot food, cold beer - both delicious. My wife and young kids loved this restaurant - one of our new favorites!

My friends and I went in at about 9:30 hoping to eat dinner (keep in mind we ate here last week after 5 and were not kicked out), were all 17 and they have this rule that you cannot be in the bar area if you are under 18 after 5 pm unless accompanied by an adult, specifically said bar area, and there were plenty of other seats available, however the hostess rudely rejected us. She said it depends on the general manager, but why have me drive out here to be rejected by a rule that is completely misunderstood.

Poor management. Unfortunately this place has had poor to little management for many years. There was one person taking phone orders. No one came over to give him some backup when the phone was ringing off the hook with phone orders and there were people waiting to pick up food. I honestly stood there for ten minutes after paying waiting for someone to grab my food. Finally someone asked me if I needed help and I was able to get out of there. Not to mention the manager was standing around chatting.

B-dubs! For a while my wife and I made it a thing to come here Thursday nights for date night. I love the outdoor patio when its in season and a tall angry orchard! They have boneless wing night on Thursdays which is when we started the tradition of Thursday date nights. Great for Thursday night football and weekend sporting events as well to watch on the plethora of Tvs both large and small.

That cashier realy .nice. Good service. Faster. Clean good I m not like is people waiting in the from door for published for school. And me salad realy poor too much money for nothing. Salad. And me Pepsi hot no ices toomuch money for Pepsi$ 3:00 for medium. I like that wings but too money for 10 pieces de wings $ 12. Dollar

Went to BWW on Harvard park after my Sons Show it was about 20 dancers and 10 Parents the Manager was Rude to us even called the Police on one of or parents So we went to BWW on Mayfield an was Very Pleased. Our Waiter"Graham" Provided Us with Great Service.Thank You BWW Mayfield an our waiter "Graham" we will be back!!!

The parking lot of this place is always packed but you can always get a seat. Cant figure out why, but it works. This is smaller than the new Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants but service is decent and the food is usually good. They take care of their mistakes when they happen. Our usual spot.

Its BW3s so the wings are tasty, but the orders always take much longer than they say. They also screwed up my take out order once by giving me boneless wings instead of real ones. They sound rather depressing on the phone too. At least pretend youre happy.

The young lady at take out station had a HORRIBLE attitude. The visit was salvaged by the bartender, Carlee. She was as pleasant and welcoming as the other girl was rude. Hopefully just an abhoration since this is the first bad experience Ive had here

The sitting is bad to closed in, and not much leg room. They need to remodel the place the worst one I every been to. Also, the service and food is not so great. Not worth the wait or the money! (Toooo....OVER PRICED)!

Wings are prefect with right amount of sausce.I will prefer booths for the family and my kids like the blue mint lemonade and wings very much. It will be too nice if they will renovate the interior.

I frequent this place 2 or 3 times per month. Bar area service (when available) is great. At times, appears to be understaffed. Inconsistency in food quality and presentation. Comfortable bar.
