The first time I ordered from Falbo Bros it was great, best pizza Id had since my last trip through Chicago. The second time I ordered from them the pizza was cold and theyd somehow forgotten to add the meats. I called up and told them about it but it was late and heaven forbid someone should stay late to fix their mistake. They offered to credit my account for the pizza so the next one I ordered would be free. When I called to collect on that credit a few days later they told me it wasnt enough to get the EXACT SAME PIZZA and I would have to pay extra. I had made sure when they offered the credit that it was enough and yet somehow it now wasnt. I wanted to talk to a manager and they said they would have the owner call me back when he came into work. I never got a call. Needless to say I havent ordered from them since. I never usually leave reviews and this all happened months ago, but I keep seeing their ads and coupons in the mail and it makes me angry every time I do. I hope that everyone who orders has a great experience and if Falbo Bros read this I hope they learn something and vow to do better but they have lost me as a customer.

I ordered delivery for a deep dish pizza, bruschetta, and a 2 liter pepsi. The pizza was not 2" deep, it had almost no sauce on it, and it just was overall not very good. the bruschetta was okay, but not worth what they were charging for it. It is very bland. Really the only part of the order that was up to my expectations was the soda, which would be pretty difficult to mess up. I was extremely disappointed because I have eaten there before and it was a lot better last time.

Just had delivery from here and loved it- the food was fantastic and the delivery was not much of a wait at all. I had pasta and it was pretty good but what was best was the desserts- we had tiramisu and cannoli and they were both excellent. I would definitely order from here again and recommend the desserts to anyone thinking of ordering from here!

FALBOS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST PIZZA IVE EVER HAD! My fiancé and I get it almost every weekend and they deliver it all the way to apartment on prospect downtown! Their stuffed pizza is our favorite! Keep up the excellent work

Small venue with polite employees. Pizza was decent, but the appetizers were amazing! I had the Calamari and the Fried Eggplant. Prices are a little steep for a pizzeria but food was good quality and large portions.

The best pizza Ive ever had is at Falbo Brothers in Shorewood. Its called the Arizona Ranch and its to die for. Thin crust or stuffed crust, its all good. Plus they are open late for delivery... super cool!

Falbo Bros is our go to pizza place now. Stuffed pizza and thin crust are to die for. Breadsticks are not the most exciting. Get a stuffed pizza with just sausage and pepperoni, you wont regret it.

The cheese sticks were garbage!!!!!!!!! I called back to let them know the cheese was dark brown on the sticks and was advised thats how they make them. Absolute nonsense!!! Dont waste your money.
