Love the Bundt Cakes! But I was disappointed with an order my boyfriend placed in April, my boyfriend and I decided to order the gender reveal cake to make the announcement to my family as well as to myself. My boyfriend knew the gender and I decided to wait and be surprised once I cut the cake or take the rattle out from inside the cake. The day we had to picked up the cake I noticed the rattle was just laying on top of the cake and was showing from one side, I was confused because I saw a video of the cake and knew the rattle was supposed to be faced down inside , not on top showing. I was upset because I was waiting for the perfect time to know the gender but instead had to see it by an error.

The mini bundt cakes are baked perfectly and are moist, but they lack flavor. All I taste is icing. They taste like an iced yellow cake. The lemon bundt had no lemon flavor. The white chocolate raspberry had no chocolate or raspberry flavor. The pecan praline tasted a little better because it was a swirl cake. The best cake Ive tasted so far was a slice of red velvet from a large bundt cake. The chocolate chips really make the cake delicious. So as you can tell I havent given up on Nothing Bundt Cakes. Ive heard the carrot cake flavor is good. The staff are always nice.

I order a BUNDTLET Cake as surprise for my girlfriend who live in Dallas,Texas near the CEDAR HILL LOCATION. I LIVE IN HOUSTON TX. They even offered to call and tell her there was order for pick up but didnt know who order it and what it was. And they did just that!!!! The offered me all the special wrappings and cards and even wrote a special Note for me to Her.I was able to pay with my Credit Card over the phone for my Girlfriend to pick up. Thank you NOTHING BUNDT CAKE TEAM IN CEDAR HILL!!!!! OUTSTANDING JOB!!! She called and said she love ME #ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER, is MYSELF

I spoke with Ashley the manager about my $9 two tier cakes for my FATHERS birthday falling over as I was hit in the parking lot and I asked if she was willing to remake it as a favor for me and she said she couldnt take the $9 loss and theee was nothing she could do with the ones I wouldve been giving her back. I work for a large company and we always come here for our company meetings and employee birthdays but we will never do business with them again !!

Very rude bug eyed manager I went in two days ago and everyone was so nice but her seems like she hates her job kinda ironic since shes a manager lol anyways the only thing I enjoyed was my cake but I definitely wont be returning might have to pop some one next time
