Very unprofessional customer service sucks.. Two times they messed up my delivery order, the first time I was to be issued a 5 dollar credit towards the purchase of my next order. Gave them a second chance and thought I would use my 5 dollar credit towards my order, NOT to my surprise they didnt have any record of the credit so they say. Long story short I proceeded to place my order for delivery of a buffalo wings platter, big mistake when it came there was no Cole slaw or extra blue cheese with the platter and the fries were completely drenched in wing sauce. I called to inform them of the problem and that is where I was greeted with terrible customer service from the rude counter or order taker, at which I asked for the manager. I refused the store credit because at this point I will not be a returning customer and at this point I am 45 minutes in waiting on my 15 dollar refund which was supposed to be here 15 minutes ago. Its a shame because this place used to rock what the heck happened??????

Take out/delivery service here is rude and unsafe. I called with a request to keep an allergen out of the salad I ordered (carrots, something easy enough to keep out of the order). when I mentioned the allergy to the woman on the phone, she was silent for awhile and then abruptly told me the price of the order. When i politely tried to get her to acknowledge my allergy request, she mumbled an inaudible response. Sure enough, there were carrots on the salad, hidden under the other ingredients. i had to dig to find them, and there were alot. I have no respect for Accu any longer, and it is unfortunately due only to the discourteous person who worked the phone last saturday night (jul16, 2016). I regret having to give this review a single star. It deserves none. also, if you pay in credit card they add something like $1.50 to your bill. this is not written on the menu, which is misleading.

Three weekends in a row my husband and I ordered from Accu Pizza, all three times the orders were wrong. We ordered the same thing each time. Its like the blind leading the blind. The owner was rude, and the staff were incompetent! I suggest that if you order takeout or otherwise from Accu Pizza, you reconsider. For example: I ordered a fish hoagie with the works, it arrived as a fish sandwich, I ordered a Stromboli and they sent a pizza, I ordered another fish hoagie and it was soggy and everything was not on it again. Lastly, I called to complain about the number of times they got my order incorrect and the owner/manager handed the phone to his staff. Needless to say, I will never order from Accu Pizza again, and I hope you adhere to my review.

food is great but some ofthe one girl other then the one time i went when that happen service is always perfect, next time i no not to order with the gettho girl just wait for the next cashier. ps u will no which one Im talking about as soon as u walk in the door.

read reviews and was very hesitant. I dont know if there was a new cook last night , but me n my picky family loved the 1/2 chin 1/2 ribs meal mac was good . cornbread was yummy even corn on cob was good! Will be ordering again. Happy I found a place with home cooked food that delivers and had great food oh and they delivered past the college section by 56th st! not many do.

Im giving it only a 3 star today. We didnt get the best service. Marie was rude and inattentive. Instead of calling our order number, she just yelle,d "its ready". We didnt know who she was talking to. Our milkshakes were ready long before our food was. Not good practice. The food is good and we will return, but if this happens again Ill say something while Im there.

Would not give me the order i asked for and even tried to insult my intelligence saying they didnt serve pita bread. Obviously orders are processed before being shipped out so trying to say i never ordered a certain food is crazy. All i wanted was fried flounder on a pita bread as i usually get. I will never order from this place again you lost my business.

This is the worst food I ever ordered the cheesesteak Stromboli tasted like tomato paste with no seasoning, they have the nerve to overcharge and take over an hour for delivery. The person that took my order was so ignorant as if I was bothering her. NEVER AGAIN! I would sooner take my chances with Petes same quality food but cheaper.

The only food I like from here is the pizza. The staff is the worst, no personality, does not make you feel welcomed, rather as if you are wasting their precious time. Couldnt understand what "light meat" on a tuna sandwich meant. Barely even made eye contact. Ive had better service at a gas station smh.

Ok. They are fairly nice, but the bathroom door has an "out of order" sign, which irritates me in any establishment Im eating in. They also dont have fountain drinks, only bottles. Acceptable neighborhood pizza.

I will never order food from there again. Fries seemed as if they were old and warmed over. The cheesesteaks werent as bad as the fries but could have been 10 times better. Dont waste your money as I did.

Ordered a plain cheese pizza. It tasted like cheap frozen pizza. I expected more flavor, not tomato paste and cheap dough. Small children or people who like bland food will appreciate this.
