Worst customer service. I called in advance and placed an order. They told me it would be ready in 20-25 mins. I showed up 30 to 35 mins later and saw my order was ready to go. When I got there, there was a large group of loud, obnoxious, high school kids and not all of them were ordering food. I intensially called in my order so I could pick it up quickly and not wait around. When I saw my order was ready and just sitting there I assumed it was like all other restaurants where the to-go orders are priority because its an already cooked ready to be served meal. I poletley asked the cashier if he could check out my to-go order that I see just waiting for me and he responded with an attitude and rudley told me I have to wait at the back of the line for all of the other obnoxious group of people which may have been friends with the cashier, to place their orders which were all dining in. I waited 20 mins and was forced to leave for the simple fact of by that time my food I ordered was cold Im sure and still wasnt anywhere near being helped. I recommend the managers of this particular wing stop to hire better qualified employees and I would not suggest anyone to order or even go to this particular wing stop.

Ive had better experiences at other Wingstop locations but it wasnt the worst. The flavor Id chosen for my wings wasnt available so instead they threw some other sauce on there. >_< Luckily, it was good but what if I had been ordering for someone else? The cashier was friendly though.

Wings are really good we enjoy all the wing stops, we went at 930 pm, they dont close until 11, and they had no unsweet tea and had no problem at all telling us they werent gonna make any more , what happened to customer service. Well start going to pluckers.

How did they not smell the rotten chicken? As soon as we opened the bag I could smell it. I bit into one and immediately spit it out! You cant tell me they didnt smell it as they were cooking it. Wont order from here ever again!

The same guy that helps me every time I order always gets my order right and is super friendly and fast. I never ordered at the one on Parmer but will order here bc of this employee that needs a raise. Tips should be an option.

The best Wingstop in Round Rock and my favorite place to go for wings. Get it to go, this dining area is small for being in such a large shopping center but the food is great. They know what theyre doing at this location.

Just not as great as they use to be. You would think when they are busier the wings would be fresher instead of like little chunky rocks with sauce. Half were not edible is why half the stars.

If you like wings and fries-this is the place. They have so many flavors for the wings-and the fresh cut fries are wonderful. The service is great-very cheerful and friendly.

Great wings, great prices. I love their salty-yet-sweet french fry seasoning. The building is small and cramped. Not really a place to sit at, so get this one to go.

Exceptional wings!! You can ask to have them dry and have the sauce on the side if you are bringing them home then they are still crispy after a 20 minute ride!!

They over charged our cc by about $7 compared to what the receipt said. When asked the cashier about it they said to contact our bank. I recommend paying cash.

This location is my preferred location in Round Rock. The staff is friendly but there is usually always a wait. Its best to order ahead online or by phone.
