I decided after a long, hard day at work that I would rather relax and order out than have to cook dinner to myself. Little did I know that this decision would lead to the unending torment and psychological trauma I suffer today. I ordered the Happy Family. Seems innocent, right? But when I first saw the delivery boy, I knew something was off. He appeared pale and haunted. His hands trembled as he passed me the bag with my food. He even ran off before I could tip him! What terrible service, I thought to myself. He must be on drugs. Unbelievable. I placed the bag on the counter, and thats when I noticed it. A hair! A single black hair, snaking out from under the lid of the carton. I tugged on it, revolted, but it seemed to be stuck somehow. I began to get angry. I tore the lid open, already rehearsing the complaint I would make, and pulled the hair out. At the end...What is this? Chicken? Oh god, it is... A HUNK OF HUMAN SCALP. AND INSIDE THE CARTON, A CHILDS MILKY DEAD EYE PEERED UP AT ME. DEAR GOD, THEY HAD ACTUALLY SLAUGHTERED A FAMILY AND SERVED IT TO ME! I threw the carton across the room and wailed, rending my face with my fingertips. I post this now from a mental institution, medicated daily to try to forget what I have seen. I am giving them two stars though, as the fried rice was delicious.

This has been my choice for Chinese food for the last 2 years. Of all their dishes that I have tried, General Tsos Chicken is my favorite, it has just the right spicyness that I have come to expect from a good Chinese restaurant. I also recommend their, Kung Pao Chicken, Hunan Chicken, Curry Chicken, Steamed Vegetables and Mongolian Beef. I got a few of my co -workers addicted to their eggrolls! :) Dragon Citys Delivery is probably one of the fastest I have experienced. The food was still really hot when it arrived in both locations that I have lived in in Silver Spring. Sadly I am not going to be able to order their food anymore as I am moving to Texas, I wish I could take their restaurant with me!

This place is pretty darn tasty, delivery was really fast, and we got tons of food for the money. On the downside, some of the veggies tasted a little freezer-burned and the fortune cookies might have actually turned (who knew that could happen). On the upside, the food (spring rolls, fried rice, two veggie dishes, sesame chicken) was otherwise very good, and there was a whole lot of it. One small size vegetable dish is easily enough for a meal. Good for leftovers!

Not sure if a meat item I received was what it was; it was somewhat darker then expected, sauce was dried up and there were a lot of tiny stiff pieces among bigger pieces. And the taste was so bland, not what I would have expected. But in sharp contrast, fried rice, vegetable rolls, garlic sauce and vegetables were delicious. (Original post almost 2 months ago)

Got the Sesame Chicken and Broccoli Chicken delivery. Gave them excellent on the decor because I have never been to the actual location. Sesame Chicken was burnt when fried and then it dried out in sauce. Chicken in Chicken and Brocolli was rubbery and tasted like it was not fresh. Portions were good. Delivery was prompt. Probably wont order from them again.

This place was extremely disgusting. The food has too much oil in it. The fried rice was greasy and flavorless. The Chicken Lo Mein was very greasy and had very little chicken in it. I am a huge connoisseur of asian cuisine and I am originally from California. Trust me when I tell you this restaurant has huge health code violations.

Ordered shrimp Egg Foo young and I agree with several reviews. The food has NO taste. Im not sure what they put in the gravy but it was horrible. Im almost certain the eggs werent real eggs. Very disappointed? They get 2 stars for presentation thats it.

The food is pretty good, and you get a LOT of it for not very much money. Anywhere that offers 32 ounces of fried rice for $4 is good in my book. The delivery was much faster than Im used to.

Been there before and never had any problems. Recently while I was ordering my FOOD the carryout driver was clipping his toe nails in the dinning area. Sorry but true!

The staff thought that a tortilla is the same as a moo shu pancake. The filling consisted of cabbage and button mushrooms and nothing else that I could see.
