I like the North Charleston location 10 times better! 8 dont like to complain, but I am currently at the Cross Lanes location & we ordered 40 minutes ago. There are only about 6 people here and two gentleman who walked in 15 minutes ago have their meal. Also, my fiancé still hasnt gotten a refill. This isnt the first time we have had bad service here. The food is good, but service is horrible! Go to the North Charleston location!!!!

2 stars only for great customer service, we got wings and burgers, the worst burgers we have ever had, tasteless and dry neat. Wings could have been way better.
