The KFC at Deer Valley and 67th ave has at least one caring employee. IDA took what was about to be yet another disappointing experience at a Taco bell or KFC and turned it into a great experience. Too many times their employees dont listen , care, or understand english enough to get the order right.This results in a waste of time , gas,and major frustration when you get home and disappoint your entire family. The girl who should have taken my order saw her boyfriend walk in and simply walked away. Ida immediately took over and im grateful. She listened, and went off to complete my order. Finding they were out of the items I wanted, she made suggestions for alternatives, compensated me with an additional piece and gave me a piece of their latest type of chicken to try. She requested I try it right there to make sure I didnt get home and be disappointed. WOW! I returned home and felt great everyone was satisfied with the order. I want to let anyone choosing to use the KFC at 67th ave and Deeer valley to ask for "Ida" if they want their order to be filled correctly with a genuine smile. M Myers, Arrowhead Ranch

This evening I went to the KFC on 75th & Deer Valley Rd. When I pulled up I was told that they were completely out of cooked chicken. I was surprised with it being 7:30pm. I decided to wait the 20 minutes they needed to prepare another batch. After roughly 25 minutes my food was delivered. I drive home minutes away. We I tried the chicken it had a "fishy" taste with no normal herb and spice at all. Also, I ordered a large Cole slaw....no this is normally great at KFC right? Well, what I received was very dry and sour like had been sitting outside refrigerator all day!!! So my $20 meal completely sucked...not to speak of extra time I spent waiting. Very discouraging and aggravating !!

I went through the drive through last night & used my visa,debit card. After the guy runs my card, he gives it back to me with no receipt. When I ask him for my receipt, he gets bent out of shape because I asked him for it. This morning I go onto my online banking & they actually ran my card for 2 different dollar amounts, the amount of my order plus a random $12.09. I try all day to call & the line is busy so I have to drive there. They say that they have been having issues with their debit machine so that must be what happened???? The whole thing was very suspicious. I will never go back there.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this location has a VERY poor accuracy rate when packing orders at the drive thru. My order is only correct about 10% of the time (not an exaggeration). Recently I have encountered a more serious issue. My credit card has been being charged duplicate times for the same visit, and upon reviewing my checking statement, this has been going on for a few months. I just challenged several charges with my bank, and attempting to speak to a manager at this location is pointless. I have no idea how this place stays in business.

KFC at 67th and Deer Valley seems to have a problem getting the orders right. For the 3rd time I have ordered something extra, been charged for it but havent received it - even after asking the drive though attendant if its in one of the boxes and being told "yes its in there." When you try to call them to let them know of the mistake you get a busy signal and cant get through. I assume that since you cant call them and they dont give you an email address that they want to have me give them a poor rating. So here it is.

I went there last night, probably was the worst service ive received. They took forever on my order. Forgot my drink at the window and then i went inside and told them they forgot about my drink. I wanted Dr. Pepper, they gave me rootbeer. I HATE ROOTBEER. Then i just went home to eat and noticed they got my order wrong. I WAS SO MAD. BUT I ATE IT ANYWAYS COS I WAS STARVING AND I COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I thought KFC was better, never going back.

I just went to this location at 8:30 on a Monday night to get my family dinner. I ordered the family chicken bowl of 12 pieces & they told me they didnt have anything but chicke wings, no breasts. Apparently they didnt "make any" nor were going to make it fresh either. They were extremely unhelpful & could care less as to make any. Im never going here again.

Its not that they have poor customer service it is the fact that they are always unprepared and never have food ready. The gentlemen in front of me right now is waiting 21 minutes for grilled chicken. He says it happens all the time. It happens to me often as well for different items too.

This KFC closed early on a Friday night. I drove around 17 mi cause we all really wanted KFC and their hours were until midnight, then they were closed. Why have posted hours if you dont adhere to them? They have lost all of our late night business b/c you never know if theyll be open.

Just went there for dinner, chicken seemed days old, biscuit was horribly hard as a rock and there were no beans practically in myself burrito they close at 11 went at 9 and it was as if they had no food! Not going there again. Tried calling them and I cant even get a hold of anyone.

Worst customer service ever. Only been here twice and theyve gotten 3 things wrong. The one time I actually wanted to complain their phones were down and I had to drive all the way back to be met with attitude. Im calling as soon as their phones work again

Been here many times over the years, but quality is going down so far, the food is inedible. Go to the taco bell up on 67th and happy valley, its a corporate store, and one of the top 10 in the country. Worth the small drive to get tacos that arent soggy

Picked up dinner and brought it home, which Ive done several times. But this time the chicken was really dry and so were the mashed potatoes. The cole slaw was good.
