Just ordered spices 12 piece meal - didnt get part of it and the chicken is so burnt up and dried out for sitting in a heating tray all day i assume, you literally cant chew it - never seen anything like it! We tried to call and let the phone ring at least fifteen times - no one answers so back we go all the way to popeyes to demand a refund for inedible food! After driving twenty minutes back again, theres plenty of people working so i guess they have something against answering their phone! I feel sorry for the people with kids waiting on food in the store, I hope the kids dont get sick. It took two men looking at our food in amazement - both of which agreed with us that it looked inedible - clearly or we wouldnt havent driven all the way back, They found our green beans sitting on the counter after one of them tried to argue with us but the manager opened our chicken box and saw it was nasty and said "wooooe, that should not be in there". Disgusting!!!!

When I first walked in no service then when someone came to the counter she rolled her eyes at me. Then we asked for tenders and they gave us pieces. When I asked for the 11 piece the manager made a rude joke about how much I was getting( he popped his head around the corner from the back). When I went back to get tenders instead of pieces I was told they dont make them anymore because theyre frozen. It was 8 and they close at 11. She told me to just keep them, but she couldnt help me. Then I had another person of my group go in and ask for a refund and return the chicken.They reported back that she heard them talking crap about me. When asked for her money back the manager said he didnt have the change all in one register and couldnt give her the full amount back. Finally the manager opened another register for the refund. They were honestly rude and lazy. The store front was also dirty. I will never go back to this location.

I ordered the 12 piece family meal with 2 large sides last night, they only filled the sides 1/2 way full. Of the 12 pieces of chicken, there was 1 breast, 2 thighs, a wing and the rest were all drumsticks. Biscuits of course were great, but for the $33 I was not impressed at all. I used the drive-thru since my daughter had fallen asleep in the back seat, my receipt shows a time stamp of 7:11 pm, I didnt leave the drive-thru until 7:25. I generally liked the taste of the food there, theyve in recent times gone to a spuds or powder type mashed potato, thats pure aweful. My main problem is the amount of MSG in their food causes me pretty serious bowel protest 6 hours later. After last night, Im done with Popeyes, its just not worth it anymore.

Arrived 8:10 or so PM waited 7minutes for some one to take my Eat in order I was only one in line. I ordered one spicy one Mild surf and turf they say 12 minutes for order to be served 25 minutes goes by I order two Apple pies to take up the wait 10 min later my order comes after Another customer comes in to complain and get upset. I as for my order to take out now we get home and We got just the Chicken no Shrimp. Louisiana fast one Look before you go to this one Honey. Ok Next day they made good surf and turf at no charge to make up for yesterday Thank you that was Louisiana fast. we will come again but only through to automoble to go window that is where the better service seems to be.

I never rate places after one visit because everyone can have one bad day. but I have been to this place 4 different times with different people and it has consistently bad I love popeyes but this one in particular there is always a problem. first time me and my buddy showed up at 950 pm and the doors were locked even tho the hours on the door said dinning open till 11 and the guy said go threw the drive thru and was a complete jerk about it even after I was like your hours say this ? 2 other times both around 9 pm we showed up and they said sorry theyre not making anymore spicy chicken for the night 2 hours before close and no were getting ready to close...... I will not go here again.

If I could I would rate it a zero! I dont mind paying a higher price only if its what I order. But when you are paying $10 a meal for fast food and you do not get what you ordered, it can be very frustrating. I was on my lunch break and went to buy some food and drove back to work, when I got to my office I then realized they gave me the wrong kind of chicken, now they knew what they were doing but they gave me an old greasy chicken when I order tenders not regular chicken and I got no receipt and when I looked up the number online none of the numbers for that location are active, worst $10 spent and I didnt get to eat.

The drive thru line was long and when we finally got to the window they told us it would be a 10 minute wait for fresh chicken. That would have been fine except that it turned into a 40 minute wait and the manager gave us a free drink to compensate. I had a house full of people otherwise I would have demanded a refund. We went inside to see what the hold up was the girl at the counter rudely said "sorry I shouldnt even be working today". The manager was trying g his best Im sure but it was the worst experience Ever.

Every employee from the manager Juan, to there cashier they are the worst. They advertise deals and food they dont and cant sell. Tried to get a meal there and they told me the would have to charge me extra for the special they had. Because the didnt have it in the computer yet. When I spoke to both the shift manager D. and the store Manger J., the both blamed the company then blamed the franchise owner. Cashiers no one knew what to so. I would suggest drive out to Dysart. Same owners better staff and service.

On this visit, around 7:30pm, I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece meal and when I got home, 23 minutes later, discovered the chicken they placed in this order was mostly dried and old pieces consisting of 6 thighs, 2 dried out wings, 1 drumstick and 3 breast if which 2 were dried out and old from sitting in the bin too long. Bad timing? Perhaps; but since this is the second time Ive had a similar experience at a different time of day. Good idea to check your order before you leave the window.

Chicken appeared to have been fried in old, old, old grease. The skin was dark and over crisp. It did have a great sense of spice. I got all spicy pieces - 12 of them. I am contemplating returning the chicken. However the beans and rice were delicious! The coleslaw was okay. Got whats called dirty rice , or whatever its called, but, didnt eat it, didnt smell too great. Biscuits were good. No honey. Didnt offer it to me. will I go back? Not for a while. Again, Im still thinking about taking this chicken back.
