Doesnt even deserve 1STAR but had to give it something in order to tell them how bad there service and food are. I ordered 4 tacos and all 4 were barely filled with meat, cheese and lettuce. I brought them to the counter to complain and the person was rude and did not she a problem with how the food was prepared. We order by the way it looks on the menu and expect it to look close to the picture. We keep paying more and getting less. If you are going to give us less dont charge us more. If you advertise a taco that is fill to the top edge of the shell you might want to give the customer what they are paying for. i will never go to this taco bell again and will make sure i tell all my friends and family not to go there too.

Went through drive thru gave me carbonated water not SierraMist looked through my meals to see if they screwed anything else up have me a strip that was a 10th the size of the original strip went in and the cashier was like what now very rude and disrespectful asked to speak to the Manager since they should deal with complaints he tells the cashier Ill have to wait 5 to 10 mins while he was doing nothing then after waiting he says there is nothing that he can do as the assistant manager sorry

We were given the wrong order, then he argued with us AND Over charged us. While we were waiting a man came back in with a box of chicken and the clerk told him "we didnt have what you ordered, so we gave you extra of the crispy. You should be happy, cause you actually made out better". What a joke this place is. I told my son they were bad the last two times I was there and Ive never gone back. He decided to give it a try. Ha! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This Location now charges a $.39 charge if you use your debit card. Apparently this has been the policy for a few months but it never showed on my receipt. Today I received a card transaction receipt along with the normal order receipt and it was on the debit one but not the other. They are saving some money by doing this which has inspired me to do the same. Now Ill just go to the KFC off Deer Valley or the Taco Bell on Bell rd.

If zero stars were an option, that would be the grade. Holy cow. Like all the other reviews, IDIOTS must work here. Weve been there twice thinking first time was a fluke. Nope. Neither time was our order correct going through the drive thru. Food tastes like garbage. Please just close this place down and build a real restaurant that knows how to function. What an awful establishment. Never again.

I love taco bell, and this location is the closest one to my home, I keep going back thinking how hard is it to screw up taco bell? And Im amazed every time that it keeps getting worse, and you would think with this many bad reviews that it is a total lack if management!!! Do something guys!!! The food is terrible on a consistent basis... and the service isnt much better.

When I walked into this location people were already walking out. The staff was no visible and patrons were calling out to no avail. We waited about 3 minutes when a smiling staff came out and prepared to take our order. It was as if everyone employed had "NO CLUE," what they were doing...we walked as well.

Signs poster $20.00 fill up meal . I ordered and the clerk said it wasnt working, so the special must no longer be on. Its posted on the counter and on the windows. He just said sorry. I ended up paying the menu cost.

No real complaints, good was good, got it on time, staff were helpful and attentive. I didnt order anything too special, so, maybe they have better luck with the easy stuff.

The food is usually bad quality. Often taco, chips and tostada shells are stale. Chicken usually old tasting. Service is slow. Inside usually not very clean.
