This is terrible Spent $36 took 30 minutes to get my food whenever we were the only people in there . Ordered 30 wings and between 3 people 4 wings got eaten i wouldnt give the rest to a homeless person . It was all over cooked to where it was not even chewable. We werent given napkins fork knife nothing. Carrots and celery was not even cold it was room temperture. The cashier called my name across restaurant and slammed my food on the counter. And then she threw the 2 packs if ranch in the bag and it wasnt even cold it was warm to. Also, she was very rude dont try to make conversation with her i guess her mouth cant open to speak ir anything dont tell her to have a nice day and expect a response. Wish i could give negative stars 1st and last time i ever eat here

If I could give less of a score I would. Called 15 min ahead of time ordered my food crispy all flats wings, get there had to wait an additional 10 minutes, my food is not crispy at all and I have a regular plate. I rushed to get back to work, only to realize my food is incorrect, called up there and the manager doesnt apologize for the mistake on their behalf. He just ask whats the reason for the call. I explained the issue, he still is unapologetic with no customer service skills I tell him I will bring the food up after work to get a refund. He is nonchalant , and didnt seem to care that I am now unable to eat my lunch because I want my refund. Will not be eating here again

Tiny boneless wings & if you decide to get a dry rub instead of a sauce, your boneless wings will be SALTY & overpowered with seasoning! I previously ordered a 15 piece bone in & got a 14 piece, so when youre not getting what youre paying for, this place gets to be expensive. Sucks they cant get it right. Ill try another location before I decide to stop eating at Wingstop altogether, but Im done with this one!

I havent eaten at the restaurant in over 5 months because they never can seem to get an order correct. My food today was atrocious!! I wasted 3 bucks on tasteless wings that were not even edible. The wings were a mass of gummy slinky waste. I threw them away after trying to throat through 3 of them . I am disgusted, hungry and my stomach is almost as upset as I am. Do not eat here!!!!

They messed up my the same order twice in a row and then argued with me about it even when the recept had the correct order printed on it. The manager "put my info in his book" so they would give me a free meal because of it, but when I went back to get that meal 3 days later, they couldnt find it or even figure out who the manager was that gave it to me.

Had the nicest cashier, Drew!!! He was so genuinely nice to every single person who walked in the door!! The service was terrific (Even after I spilled my drink)!!! And he was very informative and in my indecisiveness with sauces allowed me to try a few before making a decision!!! Way to go Drew, you rocked it!!

Sub par service, our cashier had her earbuds in while taking our order. She also told us it would be 20 minutes on 20 wings. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time. Wings are okay. But nothing to rave about.

Open till midnight my ass. Website said closes at midnight everyday and big old sign light up by door said open till midnight. Yet we showed up at 10:59 and they where closed. :(

My new favorite wing place! If you like already made wings under a heat lamp dont eat here! Our wings were made piping fresh and crispy, which is definitely worth the wait.
