The Chick-fil-A franchise offers meals of a better quality than your normal fast food stops. If you find the quality worth your money, this isn’t a bad place to go. What sets apart the Peoria Chick-fil-A from the others is the people running it. This place is always heavily staffed with eager and polite crew members. They seem to hire people of all ages and possibly some with disabilities, which I like to see. The place is extremely clean and despite the fact that it is always very busy, your orders come out fast and correct (a big deal when talking about fast food). I was so impressed with the guy behind the counter handing out balloons with a huge genuine smile on his face; I had to learn his name. He was Leo Lichter, and he owns and manages the store. I have seen this man here almost every time I have come in and he has always had the same amazing attitude. I once asked an employee manning the drive through if his boss was really like this all the time. He said “Yeah, he’s always happy….and it makes me happy too.” It sounded like something out of a commercial but the kid was serious. So, if you are ever looking for a place with great service, this is the place to go.

I used to like this one because I dont like driving to bell and grand for the other one but I will have no issues doing that now. I went in there today because my daughter wanted to go inside so she can eat and play. Well the guy who goes around asking if people want a refill or anything else went to every single table except for mine. The chicken was disgusting and under cooked for the second time in a row from this chick fil a. Oh and they only make sure your fries are fresh if you dont get your food to go. Food sucks, service sucks.

always clean in and out. very courteous staff. their diet lemonade is the best. we wish they would sell it in a container to go. mm mm mm. their sauces are great! i have not indulged on every item on their menu, but a lot, and and have never been dissatisfied. they are moving here to Las Vegas, and we can not wait. did i mention that their staff is very courteous? and even when they are busy. i will give them the last star rating in January, when they come here to Las Vegas. ha ha. no, really try it, you will love them too.

It should come as no surprise that Chick-Fil-A makes a darn good chicken sandwich. And this location did a darn good job of it. The staff was welcoming and eager to serve while the manager didnt stop moving for a second keeping the restaurant clean and in order, even making sure that all chairs were properly and evenly situated under the tables. That attention to detail was apparent in the quality of the food and the customer service. Extremely well done. A model for other fast food restaurants.

Spicy deluxe sandwiches are great, I get them protein style to save on calories. They have fast and friendly service. However, they dont usually paper wrap my sandwiches like other Chick-Fil-A venues do. Although the sandwiches are placed in a box, its usually messy when I have to hold the protein style sandwich by the lettuce. Asking for the wrap is a hit or miss. Seriously, this shouldnt be difficult.

4 stars basef strictly on food quality, i dined here 4 days ago and the chicken sandwich i had tasted as if it had horseradish and very strong i might add... the stiaf are gr8t and the facility is very well kept. Love love love the free mints in the basket i swear if i could buy them @ my grocery store Id for sure get diabetes- so its a good thing they dont...lol

Very pleased with this place. Very clean, very fast service, food was excellent. Im deaf/Hard of Hearing and was worried about hearing my order number or name being called, and they made everything easy and brought my food right to my table. Great staff. I will be back again for sure. Their chicken wraps are the bomb!

This chick-fil-a is terrible, I am not one to rate one star but the staff were very rude & gave us the wrong order twice. We then waited on our food for 15 min. Before they realized they forgot out order. I will never go to this location again & will tell me friends & family as well. NOT a good experience.

This is the best Chick-fil-A anywhere! Always fast, friendly and clean. Super high marks for customer service above and beyond what you would expect! They always make sure we leave happy. They are also very involved with the community making this Chick-fil-A feel like home. Thats why this is "my" Chick-fil-A!

Excellent Chick-fil-A they usually give me coupons when I come in, hopefully you might be lucky to get some as well. The chicken sandwiches are always hot and fresh when I come in and I love the frosted lemonade. They are very crowded on Saturdays though so it be a bottle neck in the parking lot sometimes.

Wonderful family restaurant! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is competent and friendly. Ive always enjoyed this specific location more than others in the valley because of its fast, friendly service. The only con is trying to turn left out of the restaurant as there is no traffic light.

Heres the thing that struck me the most obvious when I walk into Chic fil a the people that work there are so clean cut polite happy and eager to help that your positive no one will spit in your food I have a phobia about gutter rats preparing my food so I dont eat fast food anywhere else

The food was good, service fantastic, but the sweet tea Ive always loved for years was terrible. A very nice gal exchanged it for Dr. Pepper, but I used to love your sweet tea. This was the 2nd bad experience in the last few months with your tea.

There were fresh flowers on every table! That was nice! The kids really like the food there, and, there is a playground inside for the kids to play out of the heat. I really like the sauces! So, overall, its pretty good, but, its not cheap!

Just ate a late lunch around 3 today 6/22 ordered 2 #1s wife has been sick past 2 hrs git sick 1/2 hr after we ate like I said still feeling the affects. Called and told them to avoid someone else getting sick. No apologies just tks lol.

The drive thru is always crazy long, but it moves fast thanks to the employees taking orders in this miserable heat. The food is delish and I love the adorable board books that come with my daughters 3 and under kids meal.

the absolute best CFA in the country Id say. everytime we visit, this is one of our first stops. Fun for kids, exciting atmosphere, and there always seems to be an event. costumes, free food, etc
