It absolutely pains me to write this review, but Ive absolutely had enough! This stores deli is by far and away the absolute worst of all Publix is Ive bee this stores deli is by far and away the absolute worst of all Publix delis Ive ever been to, and unfortunately its my local Publix so rest a sure this is not coming from an isolated, one time incident. This Review is the explosion, the final straw that broke the camels back over years of horrible service of multiple horrendous experiences ! An Absolute lack of customer service, and air of attitude if you want more than one sub, only once have I heard any of the associates, at any visit say "will get with you shortly, sorry for the wait" and if you need something after nine you can forget about ANY prompt service because the associates are more concerned about cleaning up so they can get out at closing and not a second after !!!

Publix is our preferred grocery although we do not usually go to this one. When waiting in line at 5:10pm at the service desk today an Afro American couple was also waiting. The lady was becoming very agitated about the wait (she was in the grocery line and I was in the lotto line.) Trying to be helpful I pointed toward the manager and told her he could help get more assistance. She then put her fist in my face and said Ill show you old man. I threatened to call 911 as she pushed in front of me in line. The clerk appeared to ignore the event. I am in my 70s and have a disability. This person was about 40. The event has greatly upset me as with my medical condition a blow to the face and fall could be fatal. I cannot shop at a store where I do not feel safe. I do shop at the Tradition and the Commerce Center stores where the employees are very aware of the happenings in the store.

Really good. I needed help finding a few things and found 3 different employees who each found one of the items I had trouble with. Then one of them said "Take your time, Maam. Its raining like the Dickens out there." I was very impressed. I must say, Ive noticed that Publix employees are always helpful, always polite and usually kind. Today was a banner day.

This Publix is the worst most of the employees including managers are so miserable that I hate going in there but it is less then 5 minutes away from my house the deli is so unorganized that you wait for ever to get waited on. When I have the time I go to Tradition Publix where the are a lot faster in the deli and always friendlier

Always friendly here! Nice quality fruit and veggies. I think I pay more than I would at Walmart but I rather pay more for a cleaner atmosphere with friendly people and not wait on terrible lines. Besides if you take advantage of their BOGO deals it comes out to be the same.

Terrible! Service has declined. They keep running out of products like the advertised soups and cheeses. This applies primarily to the deli section. Keep getting different answers from each manager..they just dont know their own products or inventory.

These folks have always gone out of their way to help me. Once on my wifes birthday, they even delivered flowers because I am disabled and dont drive. They never doubt our word and service out business so they get the bulk of it.

I agree with Bugzzie 75 the deli employees pretend to look busy when there is only one person making a sandwich, they dont even listen to the way you want your sandwich maybe I wanted my cheese on my bread not on my chicken

This is not my first or second choice grocery store in the area. The deli is always working at snail pace even when there is 5-10 employees behind the counter. Go to Publix at Verano for better service and less of a crowd.

I love this publix i dont go to the deli much but im always at the bakery the only problem i have is that they dont keep the strawberry parfait cups in stock. I love there cakes i will be ordering another one on Friday.

Great place for deli food, bakery food, and sea food. Although the bakery is a little farther than the deli and seafood, its still amazing. There is also an outstanding produce section.
