EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU GIVING THIS A BAD REVIEW ARE LIARS. the guy on the phone was super nice, the delivery people are ALWAYS friendly. The food was AMAZING and the service was AMAZING and the price was AMAZING, DONT FORGET TO TIP, they drive all the way out to your house, they use gas they have feelings and family they arent just "delivery" people, i will be ordering from them every time i can afford it! Best food ive ever had, boneless spare ribs, 10/10 stars, dont believe these other reviews, ungrateful impatient lying ignorant idiotic thugs who probably dont even tip. Best chinese food in youngstown ohio PERIOD. i recommend the boneless spareribs or burbon chicken. SO GOOD guy on phone couldnt hear me i was breaking up he was so patient and he worked with me to take the order, he seemed to love his job. the guy who delivered the food was even more impressive, he pet my dog and she loved it so much she ran off my porch to try to go home with him and she has never ever done that before she is very well behaved and always listens, she sensed that he was a good person, love this place. best experience of my life ordering from this place

The 1st delivery guy couldnt find me and didnt even know where 422 was so they took my food back and another guy who said he knew where I was at took it back out he went to the wrong place called me telling he was here and he wasnt even close I gave him exact directions to get here went to another wrong place while hes on the phone with me hes getting frustrated and kept calling me saying here was here and he wasnt then he keep hanging up with me then finally hr asked someone on the street where I was located the person knew but he wasnt close then the delivery guy finally gets here 30mins late was rude to me and gives me back wrong changed so I was shorted 5 bucks I finally sat down to eat my food and its cold I dear not call and complain cause who knows what they will do to my food it can even remember how to get back here. So do not order from this place boycott them my place if business is now and we order from there alot its on them they messed up..

I was double charged for an order on my bank card. When I took my bank statement to the restaurant the manager tried to tell me he did not have the transaction slip, but I insisted he look into it because the statement showed two withdrawals from the same day. He was very rude and told me he would have to look the order up on the computer. I had to make him write down my name and number before I left still without the problem resolved. I received no apology. While trying to get my money back from their mistake, I witnessed a cook drop food on the floor, pick it up, and toss it in the trash without washing his hands and continued to cook. It has been a very unpleasant experience.

Deserves no stars. I ordered online at 9:50 PM they called at 10:12 and told me my card didnt go through which is absolutely impossible I used it before and after. I told them I would switch to cash and to deliver it. I called in at 11:20 to see if they were still coming. Its pretty easy to tell someone "no we cant deliver that" but instead they said they were on their way and it is now 12:12 and I have yet to see anyone.

Quit cryin every main moon aint the same and they are not run by the same people whoever you ate that nasty main moon from cant cook and the wire in the chicken thing come on lol and then as far as rats go ive seen a cooked rat and the chicken from main moon looks nothing like a cooked rat so stop cryin about spoiled food you got and move on....main moon is one of the best restaurants around...and still goin in 2016

Terrible. Ordered for delivery, didnt recieve everything I paid for. Called them to inform them of the mistake, they refused to refund my money and didnt believe me. Also they were extremely rude to me. The food I did receive wasnt very good, no sauces and not properly prepared at all. Will never order from this location again. No excuses for poor customer service.

Food is great but customer service over phone is not great at all! I order from them every week for lunch delivery. (the delivery guys are good) The person on the phone taking your order is always in a bad mood and wants to get rid of you that he doesnt pay attention to what youre saying and gets your order wrong. He needs to improve his phone skills.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY DRIVERS, SO RUDE!!!! Two girls turned up at the wrong address and demanded I WALK TO THEM rather than drive to the CORRECT address, spam called me AS I WAS WALKING, threatened to leave! SO RUDE!!! The food is disgusting too, not traditional or even decent chinese cooking, lazy and below average. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN.

Very terrible customer service while ordering she will cut me off then say I got to take this call and did it 3 times I couldnt get a word in and when I tried she would be ignorant as if its a pleasure to eat there or she paying for my meals but this is only over the phone not in person they know someone will slap the ***t out of them!

I will never order from here again. I ordered online for delivery and got a confirmation email and everything. Two hours went by and didnt get my delivery so I called to check on my order and got a very rude guy who said they didnt deliver and argued with me and he wouldnt let me place an order.

They have bad customer service. I was talking to a man on the phone and he was rude. Then at that the Food is so nasty. I feel as if the chicken is not chicken, I think is rats. Then they over charge me. I will never eat the again. You would be considered gross if you eat at that place.

Called and ordered was put on hold 3 times. After getting my order placed I waited.. and waited.. and Im currently still waiting and its been an hour and thirty minutes. After attempting to call 5 times with no answer I have decided to give up and bomb this place.. DO NOT GO!

This place was awful. I got lo mein and it literally smelled like an ashtray. The stench was so strong we couldnt even leave it in the kitchen trash, it had to be taken out. So disgusting, do not go there.

Just ordered delivery from this Main Moon. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and so was our delivery guy! The food was delivered in a timely mannor and taste great! I recommend this Main Moon.

Seen them sit your food on the floor in the front right by their feet. And when I told them thats not right they didnt remove the food. Who wants their food on the floor and under the passenger feet.
