This is a Taco Bell and KFC combine location my name is Joshua I was a customer there today August 20th 2017 if I could leave a negative star I would. When I pulled up to the drive-thru today I placed a simple order there was no cars in front of me nor behind me. When I pulled up to the window I was asked by the employee to park in front of the building because I was on there timer and it was going to be a minute. Now that is okay with me I am a very patient person but when it comes down to spending 15 minutes of my time sitting in my car waiting for my order at least get it right. Now this isnt even the start of my lecture after driving with my order I realized that I did not have spoons napkins or the salsa that I had asked for no biggie turned around went in and got it I got a cold shoulder from the employee because I stated when youre sitting outside for 15 minutes waiting for your food you should at least give me everything I need to enjoy my food AZ to utensils sauces that are ordered and things like that but that didnt happen. No when me and my wife started to eat our food I noticed that it wasnt right it was put together really fast there is holes in the tortillas of my soft taco no lie there was beans in the burritos when we ask for no beans because my wife is highly allergic. I let it go for a couple of hours me and my wife continue to talk about how hungry we wore so I decided to call. When I call I spoke to a gentleman named Carlos I asked him to speak to the manager in charge he said that she was too busy to speak to me. He asked me what my issue was so I told him he said that is fine come in and we will remake you order not keeping this in mind I had asked for a manager he said he was a manager well he lied have to drive in from my home in El Mirage Arizona to Sun City I arrived to find out he was not the manager I did meet the manager her name was Danielle and she was extremely rude before I even got the introduction she already had a cold shoulder and a bad attitude towards me she asked me what was wrong as I started to explain how my experience went she stated I will just remake the order for you as I was in the middle of explaining myself to her she cut me off in a rude Manner and simply ran to the back to go remake the order then Carlos came to the front with my order and the other customers that were in the store told me they could not believe how rude she was they told me I should call the corporate office Ill ask for the corporate number and Danielle said that there was not a corporate office to call liar she is a liar the company is privately owned but still is represents a corporation of KFC so I contacted them online they called me and I let them know what the issue was I refuse to let this go Im going to post a review on every place that I can leave a review that woman should not be in that place of work anymore no matter what job you do if you are still reading this you can agree with me that you always have to protect the name on the building and put your personal feelings aside I hope you call me and fix this whoever owns this store thank you

If I could give them negative stars I would. I never complain but this place is beyond absurd. I work nearby so we have attempted here many times and EVERY DARN TIME the order is cold or missing items. It is now 11:30am and just got my food. Popcorn chicken is not even warm, it is COLD and they forgot my wedges. NOW most would just deal, however I have called the manager twice in the last month about other orders so getting better is not something they are worried about. Today when I tell the same manager they forgot my food.... she tells my "Oh My God!" I have a line of people. Like it was inconvenient for her to deal with this issue. yet, having me drive up there to return the food is not inconvenient to me at all... This place should be shut down. They are literally one of the worst ran restraints I have ever visited. STAY AWAY!!!!!

i just went to the kfc at 10661 grand ave sun city. i just paid $50 there for my meal i had to go back for a couple of my items. i didnt get great service or im sorry. NOTHING i finally just decided to eat out after a few mo i wanted kfc. Service sucked, no manners, and on top of that i wasted gas im not going back there again. plus the food was cold for being fresh cooked it wasnt. Now i know why i cook at home!

This KFC is in the same building with taco bell. It doesnt matter which menu you order off of, the food is TERRIBLE. Cold, greasy, stale taco shells that taste like burnt grease - completely disgusting. I ate there today - for the last time. I ordered a taco salad extra meat and there was probably a tablespoon of meat on the whole thing, and they charged me for extra meat. Pathetic.

Just ate there for the very last time! The employees thought it was funny to serve garbage chicken cooked hours before serving. I recommend avoiding this place! If they cant serve an order twice and then serve you food with bird feathers in it they dont need to be in busy.

The store smelled like pee, the chicken wasnt cook right and the cashier was nice but the girl that gave the food was very rude, wanted to charge me for everything will never go back to that KFC ever again!!! Only go if you want to do from under cooked chicken

The Taco Bell side is good. There is usually an issue with any orders to do with KFC. I think it may be the staff. Shorting orders and I cant call because no one answers. Not even busy, empty dining room and drive thru is backed up.

Rude cook, I mean super rude. Poor dine in cashier to get yelled at by the cook like that in front of many customers. On Sunday April 30th, about 1pm. Longest wait Ive been to. Wont be coming back to this place ever again.

They gave me the hardest chicken I have ever tried to eat in my life ! Slowest drive thru in the world and the service was as if I was begging them for something , definitely giving KFC a horrible reputation

Ordered chicken tenders and they were old. Ordered again, and it had a bird feather on one of them. They girl behind the counter thought it was funny and started laughing. Do not ever eat there!!!!!
