Had an awful experience, ordered the popcorn shrimp because I wanted something not spicy but was wrong, it was spicy, my 3yr old flipped so I went back to the counter. They told me sometimes its spicy and sometimes its not, no warning before getting it and nothing mentioned on the menu, so I told him how stupid that was and ordered a kids nugget meal for my son, sat and broke one nugget in half and it was orange, broke another and it was orange too, very obviously spicy so I was really pissed then. Took it back to the counter and they tried to tell me that it wasnt spicy, so I showed them the orange and still said "oh no, kids nugget meals are not spicy" , so I finally talked to a supervisor that said, yes kids nuggets are spicy, only the tenders come in mild so they apologize and offered me some tenders instead but the damaged had been done, if I wouldnt have broke the nugget before feeding it to my child he wouldnt have ate anything else at all! I got shrimp that was not supposed to be spicy but it was, then got a kids nugget meal that was also not supposed to be spicy but it was and all I got was a sorry, 2 mild tenders and a biscuit. Thank God that my child nor I have a serious and/or deadly allergy to spicy food, what great customer service!

This is my first time visiting this location, and I live near by so I hope to visit again and see improvement. I expected the chicken to be better, but I usually eat in and this time I took home but still it didnt have the fresh flavor I expected. However while I was in the store, I tried a blackened strip and that was off the hook good. I was relieved to find what others had complained about to have been fixed. Others complained about the service and service people, they had a new trainer in the store, a handsome man well dressed and who seemed to pay attention to every detail. the young lady who served me used the right words to offer more service and was quick and friendly. I watched a young man handle my french fries and I could tell he was trying to follow some technique he had been taught to not touch my food while delivering it into the bag safely. Honestly Id like to give them a 4.5 for so much effort, its that effort for which I will go back a second time to see if the food is better the second time around. Barry the Angry Russian.

Horrible service!! They always give wrong order after you waited 30 mins to get it... Then they give you attitude when you ask for them to correct it... They never want to cook pies when they run out of cooked ones 1so instead they tell you they are out.. Let me not to forget to say.. Never go after 9pm an hour before they close. They dont want to sell you big orders and they just give you whatever they have cooked.. Because they state they have shut down they fryers... Why would they if they are still open for another hour.. So done with them.. Ill stick with churches

This place is horrible when it comes to the employees and management. Every time we go and order they forget something or forget we are outside waiting for our food or they dont give us the right meals. Then we ask them about it and they give you an attitute. Today my husband went to get the five dollar boxes meal. He was told to wait, but after a while he went inside to ask for the meals, and they didnt have his meals or the receipt. Then they end up giving him the wrong food after he still show them the receipt. Last time we go there, today did it.

The service here is consistently good. The chicken (tenders, in my case) is spot on each time. I especially like the combo meal with side of red beans & rice. The employees here usually give 1 sauce container per food item so if you are like me and like to drizzle the Tabasco hot sauce then be sure to ask for another. One last note worthy mention is the way the combos and dinners are distinguished: combos are always food plus a drink while dinners include no drink, so you can save bucks buying your drink at Circle K.

I have been here 3 separate times. While the chicken is delicious, it will be stone cold when you get home. Thats because it takes over 20 mins to get your order, even though everything is precooked. The cashier doesnt seem to know what is going on, the food expedieter gets lost in the orders. It is a sad display. The shift manager completely ignored that they were at least 5 people whose orders were skipped and were waiting a long time. Avoid this location.

The worst Popeyes Ive ever been to. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the only time the 2 counter workers approached the counter was to tell a woman they messed her order up & now they were out of chicken breast. The service at this location has been poor sense they opened but to be totally ignored by 2 workers for 5 minutes. Not even a " Ill be with you in a minute" nothing --no recognition. Very poor training by management.

I ordered some chicken nuggets through the drive thru and I was told that I had to wait 5 min which I was ok with. I paid and they asked me to pull to the front. 15 minutes later I sent my 14 year old son inside to ask for an update. He was told that it was coming out in a minute. 10 minutes later I had to walk in and asked for my order and they asked me which order!!! Total time almost 30 minutes.

Popeyes chicken is the best of all the chicken chain restaurants. Mild and spicy chicken options. Red beans with rice and mashed potatoes with gravy are top notch. Mac and cheese is good too but nothing sets it apart from their competitors like their other sides. I have recommended popeyes to a few people and all now only eat popeyes. I highly recommend if you have not tried.

NOT one of the better franchises. Rude uneducated employees that serve quality and quantity that is different than other nearby locations. The food tastes rancid, like they do not chage the oil once a week, or EVER. Other popeyes might be an ok choice for comfort food, but NOT this location There is a much better competitor only 1 mile away so NO reason to eat here.

Good is absolutely great but it does bother me that they dont offer a military discount but they do offer one for fire and police. To be courteous they have given the senior discount which is about 10% but the police discount is 50% and i feel as though there isnt any relative comparrison that justifies military not getting a discount of equal or greater value

This place used to be one of my favorites, but that ended last week when I went through drive-through. No smile, no nothing. Got my order, found my order was incorrect. Called and nicely asked to speak to Manager, girl hung up on me. Submitted complaint to Popeyes Website, got a return call immediately and they offered to replace my entire order. That is cool!
