Bad service, I actually got food sick the evening of my visit to this particular location I never had a problem with any other panda express except this particular location. I got Ill from their half fasting orange chicken that I wanted it was a tad late at night but not when they were closing. The cashier we had her name is Leticia she was super nice and made sure we got everything we asked for and she made the whole experience better with the way that she took care of us when checking out and making sure we had everything we asked for so she did a fantastic job! but the employee who was at the chow mein/rice area didnt greet us he just said "for here or to go" no smile nothing showing he was pleased to help a customer have a good experience and then he turned to one of the cooks of whom was Hispanic and started speaking in Spanish to her to get some orange chicken our for us which was nice in one way but I was iffy because he did not come off as a pleasant employee to have. and I had no idea what he was saying to her which came off very unprofessional in my opinion I would have understood if he went to her in a more private area but he just yelled out in the open to the cook and it was highly unprofessional. That particular employee was actually very rude and I didnt know if he was telling anyone to spit in the customers food or not you never know now a days but still at least go to a more private area out of the customers area to speak with the cook whether there is a language barrier or not. I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone. Any other location yes of course I would recommend anyone to any other location but not this one. I was completely baffled by the employees behaviors and lack of professionalism.
Absolutely horrendous service at this location, repeatedly. Staff is slow, and seemingly confused at all times. This time my order was finished before the 3 customers in front of me. Instead of taking my order to the register, I was made to wait behind 3 large orders while my lukewarm food sat getting colder. Luckily the woman in front of me got so tired of the ineptness of the staff and left, so I was at least able to get out with my one order of chow mein and broccoli beef in 20 minutes. I did want to get another item that they were out of, but decided against it when I saw the black shirted manager on duty roll her eyes and make a face. I think I can be done with this Panda Express location. Seriously, get your act together! It is not a mystery to see a rating under 3 stars for this place.
The Boise store is much better. This store is awful. Got there when they opened a couple times and they said I would have to wait for the food to warm up in the food warmers. They had just got there and had taken the leftovers out of the walk-in. PERFECT!!! Just what I want, spent $15.00 on leftovers. When I said something about that, I was told, well we dont get paid for coming in early and getting the food ready for you people. Ya, us people that pay your wages. Looks like I wont be disturbing you anymore.
Came in to get a couple family meals..at 10:05 pm there was a line of people that were leaving. .. When I got there they said they wouldnt cook any more food got the night. I asked when they were closed he said 10:30 then I asked why wouldnt they make more food they said because their manager Mikey gets mad at food costs........ I was going to spend $60 at least. I have 5 kids and had 3 more people over.. Its Friday night... This is bad bad business.
Terrible customer service. This was becoming my go to Chinese food until tonight they totally confused my girlfriend and I. Had to wait forever tried to charge me extra for shrimp but never did before. One thing after another. We said what we wanted then they would repeat back something different. Lost our business tonight panda get your act together. Food was still good but I still have a BAD taste in my mouth. End rant
The food is Pandas... You like it or you dont. The service is garbage! Im writing this as I stand in line. 12 people lined out the door and three employees on shift. ONLY ONE IS SERVING FOOD AND RUNNING THE REGISTER!! The other loser was cleaning with no gloves on using cleaners, then grabbed raw food with her bare hand to put into the fryer without washing them or anything. No regard for customer service.
Waited 10 minutes for spring rolls as my other food sat out. When they were done one of the employee behind the counter was putting them one by one in the main areas dish so I asked if she could just my order in a bag so I could leave she responded with a very snotty " Im on break" finished and walked away. So I got to wait another 5 minutes while the others helped 2 other customers leave before me.
this locations food use to be really good but in recent months and years it has gone down hill. The last three times we have gone we have had dry rice, dry noodles, and burned veggies. This was even after asking to have fresh (something they have to do should a customer ask) and it was still bad.
The whole crew except the female deserves to be fired. They got mad and were cursing in the back because I wanted fresh chow mein. They also dropped an empty tray and picked back up & used it for my food. This Panda Express is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. March 06 at 9:30 p.m.
Had a little mishap 2 nights ago. I dont wish to disclose what happened but I am happy to say that my hubby went to talk to them today and they went above and beyond to correct things as best they could. Thanks Caldwell Panda!!
Their service and food has really gotten worse latley. We wont go there anymore. There is always a wait on food. And they usually forget you are standing there. And the food sometimes tastes like it was yesterdays leftovers.
Worst service ever,make me wait 10 min.for steam vegetables, when they were finally ready they want me to wait 10 more for the rest of the order....and this is every time I go there..really you need to improve your service!
The food is good and fresh. My problem the last few times is service. They dont seem to have enough employees to keep up with demand. On Friday nights they need to anticipate a rush. Have more people to fill the orders.
Usually get great food, but this time the chow mein was only noodles, i got about 10 pieces of there orange chicken, which were not big, and to top it off i was cheated it off a fortune. Bad day to eat panda express :(
The service is fast, friendly and the staff goes out of their way to make your experience great. Thanks to Estrada and the rest of the team. My kids felt important and like their needs mattered. You guys rock!!!
